GoogleIf I could describe in one word our experience working with Garrison Estates (and Kay, in particular), it would be PERFECT. From the first interaction my wife, Abi, had with him via email, to our viewing the property, submitting our offer, going through the profile checks, and moving in, he was super helpful and warm.
I came back to edit this and say, although the experience during the rental process was great, the support subsequent to that has been less than ideal. As first time renters in the UK, we have been provided with little or no information to make decisions regarding electricity and gas suppliers, which we expected would have been shared at the start. There have been issues with the apartment, and when these come up, the first response is to ask if we did something wrong; nothing is ever an emergency for them (unless the house is on fire); overall the post-rental experience has been poor.
We hope this improves as we're currently locked into a 1-year contract.
