GoogleOur family moved from Brazil to London last month. We are very satisfied with our settling in London. Mr. Kay Meshkin-Pour's support in the process was decisive in the success of this process. Keeping in mind we had to consider location, budget, school for 3 kids, divergent preferences of a family of 5, and limited knowledge of neighbourhoods, it is clear this is not an easy decision making process. Now factor Covid-19 chaotic scenario, the fact that we were in Brazil hence not able to visit in person, and that this was accomplished in less than 2 months, then one estimates how significant Mr. Meshkin-Pour's guidance was. Always responsive, he had patience to the constant change of our minds through various boroughs and property styles, respectful to our revisions of budget, yet assertive enough when necessary to avoid us making bad decisions or wasting our time. They helped us with our pricing approach - advised how to optimise for the various platforms and most importantly delivered a really high quality set of images and walkthrough of our home. As a result we had offers in our target range within a few weeks and were able to move quickly to get the home we wanted. GoogleKay responded to my initial interest in viewing a flat within hours and arranged a viewing for the next day. From the moment we met Kay, we found him to be totally trustworthy, professional and extremely impressive. In all our experience we have never found an estate agent who did so much more than one would expect. What should have been a very straightforward purchase, turned out to have many complications (none to do with Kay) and yet he patiently helped at every step of the way. He responded to every query so fast and always in such a positive fashion. I believe that both the vendor and we feel that the transaction may well have failed if it were not for the way that Kay managed all parties with such charm and attention to detail. To buy a flat through Kay, despite it being during a global pandemic with all the complications that entails, was a complete joy. We could not recommend him more.

They went over an above for me; sorting out my rental, suppliers, elec certificate etc and ensuring the tenants were checked properly. GoogleThis was my first time working with Garrison Estates but definitely won’t be my last. The sale of my house went through so quickly and smoothly. Couldn’t have been easier. Usually selling a house is pretty stressful but there was actually zero stress as Kay managed everything so well. Highly recommend him.
