Straightforward and efficient team to deal with. They gave me upfront realistic guidance on the achievable rent for my flat and then regular updates along the way and achieved a very decent rate for me.

Would not recommend

Once paying the holding deposit for a 'fully furnished' property, the estate agent then tried to sell us sofas and beds from the past tenants. When we went for a second viewing the agent was rude and made out we were lying when we referred to the furniture situation, despite us having screenshots. The house was also not double glazed as advertised on the site.

Based on experiences we have had with other state agencies, we were very impressed with the level of customer care we have received by Gareth James Property. Catherine, the state agent that looked after us, was very helpful. She understood exactly what we were looking for, showed interest and enthusiasm on searching the properties for us as well as on contacting us, and gave us valuable advices. Surprisingly pleasant experience!
