GoogleAs we all know, renting and everything is extremely stressful however the team here specifically Robyn have been really lovely and easy to work with! GoogleI rented from Gareth James about 5 years ago and it was a horrendous process from start to finish, absolutely terrible quality of property and working with a slum landlord. I understand it's really hard to find places to rent in London and this may be your only option, but if there is another, I really hope you would have a better experience with another agent as I have.

We had a very positive experience with Gareth James and particularly Tomos Lloyd. Tom was very helpful throughout the whole process and was there every time we needed him or had any questions. GoogleRented with Gareth James for the last couple of years, only left the property/renting from them because we moved abroad - all the team we dealt with during our time were professional and attentive and if ever we had an issue in the property it was resolved quickly. Would definitely rent with them again in the future if looking in the area.

My experience with Gareth James was totally different. The team were proactive, friendly, kept me well informed and sold my property quickly for close to asking ☺️. Would 100% recommend

GoogleAwful service from Nikki went to view a house today at 6pm confirmed and then called at 6 saying that I was going wait in my car because it was dark and to find out it was cancelled and the person who was on the phone was in fact Nikki and she said that their 'colleague' who was actually herself said she sent a text to my partner. Called my partner and he said no text then right at the moment after I called he miraculously got a text from her. Ridiculous wasted my time going there so unprofessional she knew clearly we was going to visit. Really no care for other people's time!! I will be complaining to head office too!

GoogleKash is brilliant. He's friendly, efficient and always personable. He's been brilliant at dealing with all our enquiries - constantly getting back by return. We trust him implicitly - he understood our request and found tenants to match that. We're currently dealing with other agents in a different part of the country and our experience is sadly nothing like this! Kash brings hope to the connotations that come along with 'Estate Agent' and is nothing of the sort - he does his job with care, with a human touch and with efficiency. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I have bought from Gareth James in 2016 a tricky property we later sold in 2019 to purchase a house (also from them to keep it nice and neat) just last month (Feb 2019) tricky buyer (our side) amazing vendors (us and who we were buying off )and through it all AMAZING support and expertise from Nikki and Michael - they are patient, strategic and knowledgeable. There is only one agency to buy from and it's Gareth James. K and Rich and Lily Coco our daughter (cant' seem to get my detox distillery branding off but if you want to have an infra red sauna in Peckham look us up!) . Gareth James and this team have such a great local knowledge and experience, why would you go anywhere else. Viva la Peckham Viva Gareth James thank you Nikki and Michael (and Maxwell earlier on) xx
