GoogleWe have been clients of Franklyn James for about 15 years in which time Gary has represented us virtually throughout. Gary is always ready to solve problems; he responds to emails and telephone calls promptly; and he finds solutions which satisfy us and are acceptable to tenants. It is without doubt that Gary is a great asset to Franklyn James.

Vanessa at Franklyn James is amazing - I've never been through the process of buying a house but she was quick, efficient and super responsive. I've heard that the process of buying a place is difficult and stressful, and honestly I have not found that at all with Vanessa and Franklyn James, from the initial viewing to completion was around 2 months (and could have been quicker if it weren't for summer holidays on my side!) Vanessa arranged viewings very quickly and gave excellent advice on expected interest and timelines and was very helpful during the offer process. After that, any questions I had were answered quickly and even ones that had to have seller input came back in a day or two. She was great at being an intermediary with both sides' solicitors as well. Cannot recommend them enough, and thank you very much! Would not hesitate to use them in the future!

GoogleHaving been essentially forgotten about by a local competitor, I switched to FJ to try and sell my flat. Despite the trials and tribulations of Covid and lockdowns, the team managed to find practical solutions, and eventually find a buyer. All the team were really easy to deal with, although there was quite a turnover of staff. The dual office locations definitely helped. Only improvement suggestion would be that it would been better if they’d had more of a hands-on approach to sales chasing. I ended up doing most of the liaising with the solicitors which was time consuming.

GoogleFinding my new home with Franklyn James was a joy. I bought a houseboat from then and Vanessa handled the process brilliantly. From first viewing to getting the keys, she led me through the process in a professional and friendly way and it was a joy to deal with her. Handling the negotiations and providing clarity on a list of queries was all done promptly and quickly. When i come to see my beautiful new home on the river, i know who i will be asking to help me. Danny took the time to understand our needs, and suggested a flat that matched exactly what we were after. The moment we made an offer, it was very efficient: we had updates on a daily basis which was very appreciated and we signed the contract in a week. We recommend them highly.
