Danny was really helpful with accommodating for an online viewing. We were impressed with how well he conducted the viewing and we were completely sold on the flat. Unfortunately the deal fell through due to the landlord. Danny was really quick to reply to any of our queries and reassuring when communicating with us. Definitely the best service we got when looking for a flat especially with online viewings, couldn’t recommend him and the agency enough!

GoogleI've been living in a property managed by Franklyn James for just over 2 months now and I have been impressed with the level of service this company provides. Antony Cope was upfront, frank (please excuse the pun), and enthusiastic and helped myself and my flatmate set up in the flat. Gary Adkins then took over after we had fully moved in and has been attentive and quick to respond to any issues that we have had. Would recommend Franklyn James in a heartbeat!

2nd time round Franklyn James does their magic. If you need a flat rented out they are so fast at marketing and endless viewings. Their Lettings team are without doubt always trying hard to find me a tenant against a very tough market. Mark Kimber found a lovely couple to rent my flat. Super happy. Will use again.

Unscrupolous dishonest agents, did not want to refund our money for work which was NOT done. We filed a formal complaint which was decided in our favour. Complaints made by existing tenant and prospective tenants, viewing the property over their lack of professionalism.We will be selling our flat in a few years and because of this experience with them, we will not be using FJ. Furthermore, we will NOT be recommending them to friends.

We had a bad experience with an agent called Mark Kimber in terms of communication.After viewing a house in E14, we submitted an offer and didn't receive any communication back from him until I called to check. The offer got rejected which is fine.But I messaged Mark again afterwards with a new offer and the same thing happened. He didn't respond to the offer or even answered my call.It's ok to reject an offer, but what is not ok is to ignore customer multiple times and not respond to their communication.Updated to 2 stars after receiving a call from Hannah too appreciate her attempt to improve the company image.
