Too many issues to possibly contain in…

Too many issues to possibly contain in a comment. Flat was dirty and uncleaned, despite promises. The ceiling is cracking and leaking despite 2 months of notice to the agency to repair. The flat was covered in broken glass, mould, and dust. The agency never replies to emails, changes agents every 3 days, and lead us on for months promising to fulfil their end of the contract. Avoid at all costs. A bunch of lying snakes with zero interest in doing their job. Considering forwarding complaints directly to the landlord. Frank Harris has truly given us the most nightmarish experience.

They also have a great team of contractors to get any repairs fixed promptly. They've an erected a Let By sign in my garden. We are not moving. All my neighbours and visitors keep asking if we are moving. It's upsetting my children. Rang politely and they promised to take it down four days ago. Nothing. Director was rude and mansplaining today. Really unimpressed by these cowboys who care nothing for the community they are operating in. If anyone needs some firewood let me know...

I was incredibly impressed by a recent flat viewing with Phoevos and Kellan, who were undeniably professional, knowledgeable and patient as I thoroughly examined the flat and asked a multitude of questions. Both were equally friendly and made me feel comfortable, especially for someone like me who is new to the London area. The follow ups before the flat viewing were organised and made me feel confident in their abilities (I have been stood up at flat viewings before).
