I have used Frank Harris for many years to manage my flats in the Barbican. They have always given me perfect service. Currently, I would single out Rosie Pulston `and Jay Smith for helping me sell one flat earlier thsi year, and Jamie Charlton for excellent management of rental properties. As always Ian Swale whom I have known since the early 2000's runs a trustworthy and reliable rental department.

Trustpilot10 days WITHOUT hot water & PESTS founded
I was left 10 days WITHOUT hot water from the first day I moved in, and they said it was fixed in a "professional and timely manner"; yes they don't seem to ensure at all that you have hot water on the very first day you check in. Of all the nerve! One more thing to alert, I found PESTS on the mattress. Horrible!

I recently bought a flat in the Barbican with Jamie Charlton's help. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Barbican and helped us navigate the flats that were available. He keeps in touch with regular updates and makes himself available. He was straightforward with his opinions and advice, which I found very helpful. All in all, a very easy experience, made possible by Jamie. Thanks so much!

I had a great experience dealing with Alison Battrick at Frank Harris for my flat purchase early on in the year. Although stressful, as it was during the early stages of the COVID nightmare, it was a pleasure dealing with Alison. She was professional, reassuring, extremely helpful and was always available to answer any questions. I definitely will use Frank Harris when I decide to sell my flat.
