WE have been in the process of buying a home this can be and is somewhat distressing most of the time however, our estate agent Ms Grace Onek made the situation easy for us. We have dealt with many estate agents and Foxton's were by far the best when it come to taking the stress and issues out of seeking somewhere to buy. From the start of the process Ms Grace Onek made us feel at ease which in turn made us more focused on the things we had to do in order for our sale of our old property to go through hopefully with a positive outcome. We would like to thank Grace for all her support and her knowledge of the SDLT is something outstanding. Without Grace things could have been and would have been more hectic and more of a challenge than it has been for us. Thank you Grace Vicki & John White

Jordan Taylor is an amazing agent. Over the years I have used a few agents but none are as good as Jordan. She is absolute gem. From day one she was fantastic. She came out on a Sunday morning to show me properties to purchase. (By the way this was meant to be her day off.) On showing me around she clearly was well informed of the properties and knew them inside out. What I really liked was the fact that she listened to me and understood what I really wanted. Also she was absoultely honest about what would be best for me. I felt no pressure at any point to buy anything. She was an excellant negotiator when it came to settling on a price. Then up to completion she kept chasing up everyone- the solicitors, sellers, people further down the chain. I work with agents across the country and specialise in sourcing properties for people with disability. Very often, it is something of a challenge to get agents to grasp what we are trying to do and this can cause considerable anxiety for our clients. We worked with Lydia Beesley of this Foxtons office and found her to be switched on, attentive and instantly understood our needs. She was also fantastic with our clients which is certainly very rare to see. She thought outside of the box to secure a property that wasn't even available and it has made an incredible difference to a very poorly little boy and his family. Foxtons are much maligned and an easy target but the experience here could not possibl be faulted. Thanks Lydia and thanks Foxtons!

Peter from Foxtons canary wharf helped me to buy my first flat in London. He is very professional and always on top of everything and kept good track of progress from beginning till end. He accommodated well with my late evening viewings even after working for long hours. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Foxtons will be my first choice in my future dealings too. He genuinely cared about finding the right property for our family, and when we did he assisted us all the way to completion, regularly checking that everything was going on track with it, and was very responsive to any communication. Wasted a lot of time and money - travelled to London booked a hotel so that I could view three pre agreed properties - agent cancelled at last minute. Wow poor service or what!!!!!!! Particularly as I already rent through foxtons!!! Never again plenty of other agents in london. Clearly selling flats is not a priority.

Foxtons took over the property I was renting in the middle of my tenancy, and then magically "lost" over £120 of my security deposit. Originally I was missing over £450(!) but the morning after I sent an email about the missing money I suddenly received another transfer from a different account. What a coincidence right.... Apparently they have no idea what has happened. They only thing the office did when I contacted them was give me the property manager's email. She told me "she would look into it" and then never came back to me.

Avoid renting from this agency at all costs. I rented an apartment from them, and it was completely unfit for human habitation, no heating, no hot water, and infested with bugs. Despite calling them daily to address these issues, they failed to provide any solutions. To make matters worse, they charged me for heating that didn’t work and were unresponsive during emergencies. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
