GoogleI had a great experience with Foxtons looking for a new flat. Katrin Clemmensen, my estate agent, was extremely professional, fast and within a week time I found a great flat. I truly recommend Foxtons, and especially Katrin, to anyone looking for a great flat! I already worked with them in the past and I have to say that they just keep becoming better and better! They are my preferred agency and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice and cosy place in London!

GoogleI have dealt with many agencies in this area, and Foxtons is definitely the best of all. They have a big pool of good quality potential tenants. Their online tenancy management system for landlords is very handy. They let out my property very quickly with a good price two years ago and this year I still choose them as my agent for letting. Ketan Sudra is very professional and has very good knowledge of the market. I would recommend Foxton and Ketan to anyone who's looking for good quality tenant in the area.

GoogleWe moved our property sale to Foxtons after a 6 month failure selling the property through another firm. The comparison was unbelievable. Rachel Bird and Ben Focant did an incredible job throughout the process from start to closing in the most professional, efficient and effective way. Although we were located in Singapore, they frequently called to update and follow up and also coordinated extremely well all the various parties, as the conveyancer, buyer, estate agents, etc. That was my best experience ever as a real estate investor from overseas doing my first sale in the UK. GoogleIf you want the perfect agent,go and meet Rebeca Gonzalez. Intelligent,kind,persistent to do a good job,not just to sell,so she will do everything to find what you need and want.I have to admit that I give her a hard time because I have special needs and likes or dislikes as I have a sick and disabled at the moment husband.So,when we have the location,I don't have the view.Rebeca tries,we have them ,but then my husband has not the pool. Rebeca tries again,but then we are out of budget.Rebeca is there again,to run and try more to fit everything together,to meet my busy schedule,to inform for new properties,to give positive encouragement that we are getting closer.And when we go for viewings,she is always confident on her high heels, very careful inside the properties,and an excellent driver.

We were looking to rent our first property in London and Mariam was there to guide us through our search process. She is honest, hard-working and efficient. She immediately understood our needs and only showed us properties that matched our requirements. She significantly helped us reduce our uncertainties related to our moving from France and we are grateful to her for her professionalism and responsiveness.

GoogleMariam Bey has been very helpful, professional and kind. We wouldn't have found our perfect place without her. She took her time to listen to us and she proposed many visits which all corresponded to our criteria last July. She had a very good contact with the owner too and we still live in our great place thanks to her. We were looking with different agencies at this time but we preferred Foxtons and Mariam so we didn't go further with the others. Edwige

GoogleThe worst experience I have ever had in dealing with estate agents. Both of these guys were the utter epitome of slimy estate agents who do not care about you and quite literally just want to take your money. From booking the first viewing - I called on a Saturday and spoke to David Morgan who agreed to do a viewing on Monday (there was no mention of having to ask the current tenants to confirm from him, he just just out-rightly said it was booked) - I did not recieve a confirmation email all the way up until the Monday 10am - (the viewing was booked for 11am) - so ended up calling the the branch again who had NO record of me even calling to book! Eventually one of the staff members traced the call back to David’s number (this staff member also said this is quite usual of David’s behaviour). I eventually saw the property and my sister too and we both agreed to make an offer. Suddenly, David messaged me to say the flat is only available THREE WEEKS after we already agreed to move/the date he told us and blamed it on the current tenants. I said we would have to think about it but he ended up being very pushy with his words in forcing me to extend my current tenancy as “It would be a great price to get this one in The Sphere so hopefully you can accommodate those couple of weeks?” (I have the text messages). I didn’t hear back from my current agent immediately with regards to extending and David was even saying he would get in touch with them himself! So unpleasantly forceful! As if it ends there. Me and my sister decided to make an offer and David asked us to come back to the office where his colleague would be to put down the offer etc as he stated he couldn’t(?). Waiting at the office suddenly his colleague “was out at a viewing” and “couldn’t get in touch with him”. So we decided to leave and agreed I would get a phone call in the morning the next day to confirm the offer. The next morning I revive a text message form David to say he was “suddenly off sick...and at the GP” and that someone else had put an offer in so we would have to make our “best offer”. I cannot believe this...It was promised that this colleague “Ketan” would be calling me at 9am - obviously I didn’t get a call and had to call the branch around 11/12? Maybe even later to be called back. When Ketan eventually called me back he asked me how I could be helped? Surely he knew that we were trying to make an offer since yesterday and that he was supposed to call me at 9am!? No apology at all and in actual fact he was rude and obnoxious and pushed me to increase my offer and length of contact without a break clause saying the landlord would “take the best offer”. Before the phone call ended I asked when he would get back to me on whether the landlord would accept or not, he said by the end the of the day - this was Friday 6th July, it’s now Thursday 26th.... and nothing. I did not call to enquire because quite frankly we had had enough, luckily we have found a beautiful place to live now but stuck with an extra two weeks rent to pay at my current place due to the awful cut-throat behaviour of these two staff members of Foxtons - mainly David Morgan. Our whole experience with this agency has been absolutely disgusting and I will genuinely shout to the hills and back to everyone NOT to use them.

GoogleSabah Alam is a very hardworking, dedicate consultant and has assisted me immensely in finding a property at the very last minute when another agent refused my offer without a valid reason, Sabah came to my rescue and she has showed me numerous of properties and worked relentlessly to find me the ideal property. GoogleI had a truly disappointing experience with Foxtons canary wharf. We trusted them and rented a property that was in poor condition, especially given the high rent we were paying. Within a couple of months, the microwave and then the fridge stopped working. When we informed Foxtons, who managed the property, they claimed they needed the landlord’s approval to fix these issues. Unfortunately, nothing was ever repaired. The process of getting our deposit back was a nightmare, taking nearly three months to finally receive our money. Thanks to the deposit protection. The lack of care and attention from Foxtons is appalling; they clearly prioritize landlords over tenants. In the last few months of our tenancy, Foxtons agents frequently brought potential tenants to view the property and blatantly lied about its condition. It’s no surprise that the country is struggling when companies like Foxtons are more concerned with profits than people.

Antoniya has been our main point of contact and has done an amazing job showing us relevant properties and being very responsive on all our questions. Keaten was also very quick to come back to us once we decided to place our offer. Overall perfect experience finding a place with them.

He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. GoogleI work with agents across the country and specialise in sourcing properties for people with disability. Very often, it is something of a challenge to get agents to grasp what we are trying to do and this can cause considerable anxiety for our clients. We worked with Lydia Beesley of this Foxtons office and found her to be switched on, attentive and instantly understood our needs. She was also fantastic with our clients which is certainly very rare to see. She thought outside of the box to secure a property that wasn't even available and it has made an incredible difference to a very poorly little boy and his family. Foxtons are much maligned and an easy target but the experience here could not possibl be faulted. Thanks Lydia and thanks Foxtons!
