GoogleI ve made an enquiry in regards to a studio flat , the agent called me and asked me to give him some details about me and by the time i started to say to him my details , he literally hanged up the phone straight to my face .Terrible service , if they are that terrible in contacting you , imagine how terrible they must be in the rest of their services .Avoid them at all costs . They deserve 0 stars , most of the comments here are fake as well .

She took time to listen to my concerns and needs, and she went the extra mile to find me a place. Lydia Beesley is an asset to Foxtons. GoogleRegrettably, my experience with this letting agency has been overwhelmingly negative. The professionalism and level of support provided are severely lacking. Internal gossip among staff members about tenants and communication mishaps have been distressing. During a recent phone call at 10:35, a customer service advisor audibly ridiculed our inquiry about scheduled viewings, displaying a lack of courtesy and respect. Despite our attempts to address these issues through email, the Operations Manager, Ketan, has consistently ignored our concerns, exacerbating the situation. Overall, the branch appears poorly managed, with staff members displaying disrespect towards tenants. While initial contact during property searches may be prompt, the agency’s responsiveness declines significantly when dealing with resale inquiries, often resulting in disrespectful and inconsistent communication. In summary, I would caution against engaging with this letting agency due to their unprofessionalism and disregard for tenant satisfaction.

GoogleWe cannot recommend Foxtons enough. Sam absolutely went above and beyond in the final stages of our extremely complicated and fragile transaction to save it. He could not have done more or taken it more seriously. Our buyer’s solicitors were extremely poor and the result was Foxtons really stepping in to keep it all together. I now fully see the value in Foxtons and would always use them again.

GoogleI made an appointment to see a property and waited outside for no one to show up. I had to call and was told the property was no longer available. They didn't inform me this beforehand and wasted my time. They have poor communication.

GoogleWe were lucky enough to be able to work with David Morgan through our rather chaotic flat haunt. He was above and beyond throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was honest, straight-forward, professional, patient and very friendly. He made sure he understood what we wanted (even at times when we weren’t too sure ourselves) and provided us all information we needed to find the most suitable match. within a week of getting in touch with him we had our contract signed. We would definitely recommend him as he is a reliable, well-informed and compassionate agent.

GoogleThomas and Manveer helped me so much in finding me a suitable buyer and taking care of the whole selling process. Their professionalism and "can-do" attitude made me feel comfortable leaving my flat in their safe hands. Even when there's difficulty, members from other team are trying to find solutions for me in order to lose less in profit. GoogleTerrible service from start to finish, once they have your money they don't care about your property, the mortgage you have to pay or anything, pathetic at getting back to you as they never do, not even once out of id say 16 times. Joke of a business and they rip off clients. Do not fall into the trap. Waste of time. They will never speak to you once they have your money absolute joke.

GoogleI had a brilliant viewing experience with Sam Barker last week. He presented the properties with honesty and integrity. He also accommodated us to view in areas which is not his own - in that case he was very clear and upfront about the fact that he may not know all the details we are interested in, however he offered to find those out for us. He is a kind of professional who I would be pleased going through a sales process with.

GoogleCompared to other estate agents, Foxtons has proved to be the most helpful and responsive. Donovan in particular has been an excellent communicator throughout and genuinely had our interests at heart during our property search. He was able to help us secure a property that met our preferences, rather than suggesting properties that didn’t. Overall, he has made a process that is normally quite a stressful one very smooth sailing, and we are very grateful to him for that!
