GoogleDonovan from Foxtons did a really good job of assisting me to find a place to stay on short notice. He advised me and ensured that all documents were completed as well as taking of the inventory before my move in date. He was also instrumental in negotiating on my behalf and even responded to me on a Sunday regarding an issue in the apartment. Donovan from Foxtons is a great asset to the company and it has been great dealing with him during the letting process.

GoogleHi have been trying to get a contract for my girlfriend (joining our tenancy) for 6 months, she moved in 4 months ago and still no contract. I have been talking with them for 6 months about it. They reply to my email every 2 to 3 weeks with no real update about the contract. I don't feel respected at all. The only thing that changes in days is just the contract saying that we need to pay more for our rent. I keep messaging them every week but not answer.

GoogleVery smooth and easy rental process. Agent was always available either via phone, e-mail or Web messaging and always eager to help. It was our first rental process and the agent was very understanding, patient and helpful. I would recommend Foxtons to everyone that I know. GoogleBeen recently contacted by a girl called grace from the Canery wharf branch , she was very rude had a very bad attitude and tone to her voice and decided my questions wasn’t in line with her targets and ended our conversation abruptly I’m seriously disappointed with the customer service from Foxtons Canery wharf. Il maybe try a different estate agent or different branch

GoogleEver since we have been looking for renting a property, all they have done is call and “gather information” like a 100 times. Every time they’ll say the same thing “I’m sorry the property you’ve enquired on has been already let. I can share the ones that are available” All the listed properties will be very conveniently let out. Still they’d keep on spamming with the same recommendations. I understand that they are a big and reputed organisation and that renters aren’t paying them but that doesn’t mean that you con us! We are working individuals and talking with you is very mentally and emotionally exhausting!

GoogleI've had a very poor experience with Foxton's. A high valuation didn't translate into offers. A lot of wasted time. Arrogance and dishonesty. High fees and poor service. Not to be recommended.

Josh Oyibo listened to our requests, showed us apartments that meet our stated criteria, and was straightforward in explaining landlords' requests. He sets a high standard of integrity and professionalism that few other agents meet.

GoogleExtremely unethical and horrible experience working with them! They always promised and baited us to viewings of lower priced houses but every time "something happened" and the house became unavailable on the viewing day, instead they had us view extremely expensive houses and when we made an offer they waited for 48 hours and made a bidding war on our back, asking for more than a 20% increase on an already overpriced property! To top it all off, they made up fake excuses every correspondence we had with them (one moment the landlord of a house was in Vancouver, then 15 minutes later in Singapore!).
