Shanice has once again helped us find the flat of our dreams! Last year when she helped us find the place we're living in now, we had such a good experience with her (kindness, understanding of our needs and style, personality and general trustworthiness) when we needed to find a new place fast, we called on her again. By the end of the day, she'd found us a place that was perfect and fit all our needs! We trusted her so much that we even put in an offer without seeing the place first because we knew if she was recommending it, it would be great. And after seeing the place, we are so glad we did! We always know we can trust Shanice and she won't try and sell us on something she knows wouldn't be good for us. She is kind, smart and funny, as well as very knowledgable and attentive! We were struggling to sell our property for quite some time and had been with number of estate agents who unfortunately had no luck until Foxtons took over. I initially came into contact with Austin when he replied to one of my requests about a property in Bow. He rang me and we had a good conversation about my requirements and the sorts of things that were important to me in my search. I was impressed by his knowledge of the market and was also able to use Foxtons extensive network of properties to also show me several other places in Hackney as well. In contrast, when I have spoken to other Estate Agency firms they have been much more rigid in only showing me places in a certain area and referring me to their other branches to see other places which is much less convenient for me as the end user. Austin always provided me with an exceptional customer service experience, checking in with me personally as required. I felt confident in his recommendations and genuinely believe he had my best interest in mind (again which is something that differentiates my experience from some other competitors). Communication was always easy and convenient (via email, phone and the Foxtons alerts) which helped keep me apace with the market developments. I would absolutely recommend Austin to anyone else in my position and hope our paths cross again if I look to make another purchase or sale.

Foxtons sales question: Whats your maximum budget? Ans: £350,000. Foxtons hard sell- 'I do have a property that has just come to the market'. When asked if I can have the details/floor plan- no you can't as its SO new to the market. Gives me the road name- google brings up the property recently on the market under Foxtons. Foxtons Fool has no idea how this could happen. 'Probably Zoopla' he burbles. I explain that Zoopla can only advertise data that Foxtons populates the page with. How much is the property on the market for? '£350,000'. Weird because on Zoopla is says £320,000. Foxton Fool phones me on my mobile- he is upset that I have hung up. WHY does this company dominant the market???!!!

I would just like to take a moment to say what an excellent experience and absolute pleasure it was to have Laima Masalskaite show us around for our viewings with Foxtons. Laima is very professional and a real pleasure to do business with. She is very friendly, approachable and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. What I really liked about Laima is that she took the time to get to know our requirements and preferences in detail, she didn't just stick to the how-many-beds-how-much-per-week template like many other agents just do. She always did her best to find properties that best suited our needs. We may not have gone for one of the properties that Laima showed us in the end, but that had nothing to do with her. She was perfect.

After 2 days of viewing with various agents my daughter and I found Gavie from Foxtons to be the most helpful, informative and professional agent we encountered. He was friendly without being over-familiar. Helpful without being pushy and very accommodating to our ever diminishing time and changing of times etc due to poor time keeping of other agents. He collected us from the bus stop and made us feel calm after a stressful day! Sadly my daughter was not in a position to proceed with any properties Gavie showed us, however, we would not hesitate to recommend Foxtons because of the good experience we had. I wanted to write and let you know how impressed I was with the level of service and professionalism that I received from both Karren Keating and Renna Mubarak through the whole process of trying to sell my property. We had a really great offer on the table after just one week of the property being on the market but unfortunately the buyer had to pull out at the last minute which was no fault of Foxtons or myself. Renna was my daily point of contact as we tried to get the sale through and she showed amazing determination and continuity in pulling together all of the different people and agencies involved. We were pleased to successfully land a very nice rental property in Limehouse. Foxtons agent Jon Hanson was very helpful guiding us through all the steps. However, said steps could best be described as labyrinthine - having to provide details of my partner's previous marriage, as well as several months worth of bank statements, seemed a bit excessive for rental, and we had to enter the same information multiple times on different forms (both for the agency, and some third-party reference-checking company). On the plus side, it was all done electronically.
