GoogleWe are tenants who rented our flat via Foxton's in late 2022. Pros: smooth closing. everything is electronic. Rauf, the agent who closed the lease, answered questions promptly. Cons: The lease management department at this Foxton's branch is unfortunately not competent. They hired a vendor to do the cleaning but when we entered the flat, it was utterly filthy. Rauf tried his best to fix this problem, and connected us with the cleaning vendor. But it was obvious when the crew came back a few days later to clean the omissions (ie, most of the flat), that they are not a professional cleaning crew. Not only did they not do a thorough cleaning, they were also extremely unprofessional when we pointed out the omissions that they chose to ignore - saying things like 'we're not cleaning this, you clean it', responding to us in their native language (Romanian) with a tone that was very clearly accusative, etc. It's been over 3 weeks since we moved in, and the flat is yet to undergo actual professional cleaning, not the joke of a cleaning that was done here. Disappointing, especially considering that they charge the landlord nearly £300 for the clean.

GoogleSpecial shout-out to Shanice who helped my partner and I secure the apartment of our dreams in Bethnal Green. As tenants moving from Australia to London, our application process was not the most staightforward - however Shanice took the time to explain the UK rental processes to us and had a property locked in within a matter of HOURS!Her communication was impeccable - always being available to talk over WhatsApp even on an opposite time zone to us. Shanice and Foxtons have been fundamental in making our move across the other side of the world as seamless as possible - I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great property.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of meeting Imtiyaz Uz-Zaman (Immy) for our property search. He knows the areas well, is very understanding of his buyers requirements, viewing hours and very customer-focused. I think Foxtons is lucky to have him with them because he's so focused and goes out of his way to help thr buyers in their search. I wish him luck and hope he continues to help people buy their homes because house buying is stressful and a good property agent is a relief.
