Foxtons London reviews

I've had a great experience with Foxtons through their agent Manuel Savastano. From the beginning, he was proactive and diligent, organising viewings promptly, following up questions and giving great clarity regarding processes. He showed us a number of properties on several occasions, again, always quick to communicate, book in viewings and give details. When we put in an offer, the process and turn around was seamless! Having now moved in, I'm extremely happy with both the property and the service, just what I was looking for considering the rapid turn-over in the property market! Many thanks Manuel!

Have used Foxtons for my past two properties (as a tenant) - each time has been smooth. Despite the market moving at the speed of light, Natasha was a brilliant help for us and managed to get us in to see places which fit our preferences, resulting in a secured agreement just 48 hours after we were in touch. She is great!

I recently sold my property with Foxtons and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Azad was incredibly reassuring during the handover stage when my property was officially listed for sale, making sure I understood every step and felt confident. Later, Sam took over and managed everything efficiently. Thanks to their expertise, dedication, and clear communication, my property found a buyer within just a couple of months. Both Azad and Sam went above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and tailored to my needs. I would highly recommend Foxtons to anyone looking to sell, a truly professional and client-focused team!

I’m not one to usually leave reviews however after dealing with Ellie Jennings from Foxtons Shoreditch it’s only right that I publicly share what a positive experience that I’ve had. Over the years I’ve had my fair share of dealing with estate agents and I’ve never come across someone with 50% of the diligence and care that Ellie showed throughout the entire rental process. From the beginning what set her apart is the genuine interest she took in our personal situation, taking the time to fully understand our requirements and needs and helping accordingly. She absolutely went above and beyond for us and is a huge asset to Foxtons. Thank you Ellie and Foxtons for all your help, we look forward to being long term tenants with you and would definetly recommend that anyone else in the area with housing needs reaches out. You won’t be dissapointed.

Dior was our point of contact for our viewings / move and all new tenancy related things. She was super organised, professional and really responsive. Definitely the best agent we have experienced in London so far. I would recommend Foxtons in Shoreditch because our experience with her was really positive, and seamless.

She truly went out of her way to help my partner and I find a flat that ticked all of our boxes, and finally put an end to a long and difficult search. My experience with Foxtons Shoreditch Estate Agents was nothing short of amazing! As a first-time buyer, I was incredibly daunted, but my agent, Malaika, made all the difference. Her passion for her work shone through in every interaction, and she was very considerate of my needs. Malaika was incredibly understanding, proactive and genuinely interested in finding the perfect home for me. If you're looking for your dream home, I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Foxtons, and especially with Malaika.

A huge thank you to Billy Smith at Foxtons for supporting me every step of the way. As a first-time buyer, I was honestly quite overwhelmed by the whole process, but Billy made everything feel manageable and clear from the very beginning. He was incredibly patient, always took the time to answer my questions, and was so flexible in arranging viewings around my work schedule. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect property. From having my offer accepted through to completion, Billy kept me updated, reassured, and on track the entire time. I genuinely couldn’t have done this without his support and can’t thank him enough. I would wholeheartedly recommend Billy to anyone looking to buy.

Just completed on an amazing property with Foxtons - huge huge thanks to Oliver Sumners who was amazing the whole time. He understood what we were looking for and surfaced a property we hadn’t seen online, which was absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. From offer and throughout the process to completion, he was supportive and diligent, keeping all parties on track and we completed exactly when he said we would, which has been great for planning our own move. Can’t thank him enough and would thoroughly recommend anyone looking in the area to speak with him - I’m sure he could do the same for you.

Manuel was by far the best agent I've worked with in my 5 years in London. Not only is he kind but he's organized and efficient! I found my flat on the first day, and in less than 6h, the contract signed and my application accepted. He's been available throughout the entire moving process which has been so helpful and I couldn't thank him enough!

I worked with Rack and in one day, he found exactly what I was looking for. He was transparent, confident, comforting, and kind and definitely was helpful and guided me through the whole leading process. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone more as he did an outstanding job and I received the best customer service possible if you value honesty Loyalty, transparency, and somebody who can Taylor to the needs of a client then Rack is the person that you need to work with. Outstanding within one day everything was taken care of and it was as easy as that what you see is what you get Rack is the best thank you.

I had a fantastic experience working with Foxtons. As someone completely new to London, the whole process of finding a place felt a bit daunting, but huge thanks to Dior Amar for making it so easy and stress-free. Dior was an absolute lifesaver. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and gave me some super helpful advice. She not only found me a place that checked all the boxes but found one that went way beyond what I expected, and within a week of starting my search! Her professionalism and genuine helpfulness made the entire experience seamless and actually enjoyable. I'm so grateful for all her help!

We recently bought a property through Foxtons, and although Niamh wasn’t our estate agent (she was acting on behalf of the sellers), we felt it was important to leave a review because of how brilliantly she supported us throughout the process. Right from the start, Niamh treated us with genuine respect and kindness. We come from a modest background and were simply trying to find a place to call home. In an industry that can sometimes feel focused on high-end buyers or investors, it meant a great deal to be treated like real people. Niamh was consistently responsive, helpful, and accommodating. If you have the chance to work with Niamh, whether you're buying or selling, you’ll be in excellent hands. She’s professional, personable, and a real credit to the industry.
