Had my flat search taken care of by Nathan. He's been on top of my case immediately, responsive and proactive - something many London agents sadly lack nowadays. Thank you Nathan

By far the worst experience with any agent in selling our property. Total lack of communication, agent named Oliver is completely disorganised, shows up unannounced to the property, left it in a mess after dropping some plants we had and disnt even bother to clean. Needed to always chase for feedback and their only strategy to sell is to get you to keep dropping your price. Given my experience as a sellers I would definitely not recommend them at all.

Foxton’s have a great selection of homes for those looking to rent. The staff, especially Shanique have been so incredibly helpful in supporting us find the perfect flat. She took me around to several properties that she thought would be of interest to me and really took the time to listen and help me find something that suited all of my needs. Genuinely such a great experience!

As a first time landlord I really appreciate the ease, responsiveness and good value. Maintenance always dealt with swiftly and economically, Jenalyn has been my main contact, communication has been swift and tenancy issues have been dealt with decisively. Importantly they got a great price rental price!

We used Foxtons Shoreditch to sell our flat. Billy Smith was stellar through the negotiation process and hustled to help us get to exchange and a speedy completion. Would recommend him to anyone selling their flat in the area

Really quick service. I’d been looking for a flat for a while and with Foxtons it all came together super fast. I went for a viewing and got the flat that same evening. Big thanks to Ellie for making everything so straightforward and always being happy to help.

Great estate agents. I had Niamh Burston as my estate agent. Even before I had an offer, she was great at booking in lots of viewings, she never cancelled at the last minute, and gave me advice and feedback to ensure that I got an offer. Then during the contracts process, she was great with her communications. She ensured that me and my buyer were always aware of what was going on, and would proactively look to resolve any issues that could delay the contracts. Excellent work by Niamh, and I would 100% anyone looking to buy or sell, working with her.

Niamh is very helpful, professional & efficient. I would recommend Foxtons and Niamh specifically, they were able to arrange several viewings per week and secure a buyer within a short space of time.. They are organised & hard working.

Very bad experience as a renter. Everything is slow with them, they make no effort to solve problems. We have a lot of black mold in our home and they make no effort to help us. Every time we get the same response: we are waiting for the landlord's reply, but we are taking this request very seriously. Then we wait two weeks with no response, and the same cycle repeats itself over and over again. It has now been four months with no help from them. We will soon be taking legal action because this is unacceptable and very unprofessional on their part.

I rarely write reviews, but Foxtons Shoreditch managed to find me an amazing flat for the second time now. I worked with Klaudia Kocot on both occasions, and the amount of client care and amazing customer service that she provided is unparalleled - from promptly answering my texts and understanding my various personal circumstances, to even driving me to viewings. It felt very personal, unlike many other agencies that I used in the past. I would thoroughly recommend her and the agency to anyone looking for a place to rent.

I had a really positive buying experience with Foxtons Shoreditch. Billy and Gavie were so kind and patient, keeping me informed and updated throughout the process, which was reassuring given the complexity of the purchase. Many thanks to all at Foxtons for your hard work. I would highly recommend them.

I recently secured a company let after speaking to many different agents, until I met Natasha Pedun at Foxtons. She took the time to understand our needs, identified the best options, and helped us secure the property. She was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. I can highly recommend her, 10/10.

Great experience selling with Foxtons. Oliver Mint has a great team, Oliver Sumners was our negotiator and did a fantastic job for us. They found the right buyer and ensured the sale went through smoothly. Highly recommended, thanks guys!

Natasha was great, helpful, kind and a delight to interact with, most importantly she was extremely helpful and tuned in with what I was looking for, which was definitely not the case with my experience of other agents across the city. Highly recommend her.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Veronique during our move from Dublin to London, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Veronique was instrumental in making the entire process smooth and stress-free. One of the standout aspects of working with Veronique was her respect for our time. Given that we were travelling back and forth between countries, her punctuality and efficiency were invaluable. She ensured that every viewing and meeting was perfectly timed, minimising any inconvenience for us. Veronique was consistently responsive, keeping us informed at every stage of the process. Whether it was through emails, phone calls, or messages, she made sure we were always up to date. Veronique’s attention to detail was second to none. She remembered the little things that mattered to us, demonstrating genuine care and consideration. In addition to this, Veronique was extremely pleasant to deal with. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. It was clear from the start that she was dedicated to providing the best service possible. Veronique’s respect for our time, excellent communication, attention to detail, and friendly professionalism made our move to the UK a positive experience. We are very grateful for her help and have already recommended her to people we know in need of a letting agent.

Charlotte & Billy and the team at Foxtons Shoreditch must be the absolute best crew you can have on your side when buying in London! As a first time buyer, I had to navigate a lot of the unknown and typical challenges when buying a property. The team were incredibly professional and handled all comms and actions timely and efficiently between all sides. I felt they went above and beyond, guiding me through the process with a lot of useful advice and most importantly, kindness and encouragement which is so important in such a lengthy and challenging process - they really know their stuff. Foxtons is a big agency so I wasn’t sure whether I’d get the same service as you’d expect from one of the smaller boutique agencies and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. I’m hugely grateful to the team!

I had a frustrating experience with Foxtons in Shoreditch. After viewing the first apartment, which I didn’t like, I expected them to follow up with other options or help me arrange additional viewings. Instead, there was zero effort to assist me any further. It felt like once I rejected the initial flat, they simply stopped caring. There was no communication, no suggestions, and no support after that. For a company that markets itself as a professional agency, the lack of follow-through was really disappointing.

I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service provided by Joe Lindsay at Foxtons Shoreditch. Joe went above and beyond to help us secure our dream flat. From the initial viewing to the final stages of the process, Joe was dedicated, attentive, and always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. I highly recommend Joe Lindsay and Foxtons Shoreditch to anyone looking for a seamless and successful property search. Thank you Joe!

Klaudia Kocot (@ Foxton Shoreditch office) was incredibly helpful in my rental search. She was, without a doubt, the hardest working, most detailed, helpful agent amongst any firm I engaged with . She went above and beyond, showing properties not yet on the market. She also gave very practical and honest advice around property search and negotiationsm. No BS, very honest and helpful. Def recommend using Klaudia specifically.
