Foxtons London reviews

I can not recommend the team at Foxtons Shoreditch highly enough. I worked with Billy Brooks and Oliver Sharp on a particularly tricky sale that involved them going above and beyond to make it happen. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding. There were moments when it looked like legal issues might stop the deal, and they were there to provide assurance, keep open lines between all parties and help figure the path forward. They did all this with empathy and patience. I'd always thought agent fees seemed high, but after this, I now understand the huge value that talented agents offer. You're in safe hands if you have either of these two helping you sell your place. Outside of their help navigating the sale, their team also got me two offers on my place in a quick time frame. Thanks so much Billy & Oliver!

Gavie Raj was a pleasure to deal with. He’s courteous, knowledgable, professional, and helpful. I sent an e mail on Sunday evening, and he called me first thing on Monday morning arranging four excellent viewings for the Wednesday. He picked us up from the station, drove us to each property and dropped us back afterwards. He followed up with further information the following morning, and we hope to be making an offer on one of the properties soon. I would strongly recommend his services. Thank you Gavie.

I switched to Foxtons after an unsuccessful run with another agent and within 4 weeks they had sold my property. Oliver and Billy in Shoreditch were fantastic to deal with. Just extraordinary!

We secured a nice flat for our daughter within 48 hours after meeting Nathan at Foxtons Shoreditch thanks to his efficiency and politeness. He showed us within hours exactly what we asked for and helped us a lot through the whole process! We were very impressed!

Very impressed with Foxtons with my recent purchase, I found them so professional and efficient. From the first viewing Niamh was very knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. She steered me through the whole buying process so diligently, keeping me informed at every turn, in fact I’ll miss our chats! I also have to commend Ollie, who was brilliant helping to keep the sale momentum going. An exemplary service all round.

I've had the best experience with an agent in years, after dealing with many different agencies. Gavie Raj was incredibly helpful, reliable, and supportive throughout my apartment purchase. Although I encountered numerous issues with my solicitors (Taylor Rose), Gavie remained responsive and accommodating during a challenging process that lasted nearly six months. Thanks to his diligence, the purchase was successfully completed just in time before the new Stamp Duty rules took effect. In hindsight, I wish I'd opted for Foxtons' solicitors as recommended. Highly recommend Gavie for his exceptional service!

We had a great experience working with Manuel during our search for a rental property in London. He was consistently responsive, transparent, and supportive throughout the process, and thanks to his help we found and secured our apartment within just a few days!

I've historically had terrible experiences with estate agents - being lied to during our first flat purchase and then having conditional selling pushed during our house sale. So when I first began speaking to Foxtons about our flat sale, I was sceptical of what we were being advised. Our flat sale was complex - it was shared ownership, joined with an incompetent housing association and it had cladding remediation works pending. We had been with another estate agent who hadn't secured a single viewing in six months. Oliver Mint at Foxtons Shoreditch secured us dozens of viewings within weeks of taking on the flat and an offer which was above what others on our road were being sold for. When the buyer's solicitor stopped communicating and was causing delays, Oliver kept on top of the buyer for us. Without him, we would not have got the sale through. Oliver really did restore my faith in estate agents. We are so grateful for what they did to get our flat sold.

I had an incredible experience working with Natasha and Rauf from Foxtons. As a first-time renter coming from student accommodation, I wasn’t familiar with the private rental process, but they made everything smooth and manageable. They were incredibly patient with all my questions and doubts, helped me navigate viewings, contracts, and signing, and ultimately helped me secure a wonderful place. They also took the time to understand my circumstances and adjusted their approach to suit my needs. Overall, they provided outstanding support and guidance, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

Natasha at Foxtons is an outstanding agent who truly went above and beyond for me. She didn’t just show me properties - she curated the experience, organising multiple listings in one go to save time and making sure each option aligned with what I was really looking for. What stood out most was how much she listened and cared - she took the time to understand my needs and made me feel supported every step of the way. Natasha’s professionalism, dedication, and personal touch turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable one. She’s a rare find in the industry and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Had an excellent experience flat hunting with Long Nguyen. He was very diligent and ensured we had multiple viewings lined up to make the best of our time. Also very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately the timings didn't work out for the properties we viewed but would definitely reccomend Foxtons and in particular Long if you're looking for a flat in the area.

Oliver and the team at Foxtons in Shoreditch have been fantastic. Once our sale was handed to them we were impressed from the off by the number of viewings they organised. Once we found a buyer I also really appreciated Oliver's tenacity in particular. Anyone who has sold a property will know that the process can be painful and so it helped so much to have Oliver's constant support to get the sale over the line. I would highly recommend the team to anyone selling a property in the area.

I contacted Foxtons to arrange a viewing for one of their flats. They asked about my preferences and not only showed me the flat I initially wanted to see, but also 3 other incredible options. It was an elite experience. Long Nguyen from Foxtons took me to all four viewings in a car, provided water, and explained everything clearly and professionally. Also, thanks to Rauf for his help in making the process so smooth. They're also extremely responsive and useful. Whenever I've had a question, I was able to simply message Long and he would answer in 30 seconds.

We had a great experience selling our flat with Foxtons - super proactive and helpful, securing us an offer quickly. Oliver Mint is INCREDIBLE! Not only did he secure the sale of the flat he then was extremely proactive and helpful throughout the entire process and thanks to him got the entire chain over the line. Always responded quickly to any questions and was generally super helpful above and beyond his role. If you are looking to sell in the area I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We had a great experience with Foxtons in Shoreditch. They sold our flat quickly and for a good price. When the first sale fell through at the last minute, Oliver Sumners stepped in to proactively find a new buyer. He was professional, pleasant and efficient throughout the process and kept us in the loop from offer to completion. Moving is always stressful but we were able to trust Oliver to get the job done. We can’t recommend him and the team at Foxtons Shoreditch enough.
