I recently sold my property with the assistance of Oliver Mint and Sam Barker. Both Ollie and Sam were a pleasure to deal with. At the early stages, Ollie provided assistance and guidance on the sale process and advising me where there were issues with a lack of communication from solicitors. Sam was able to find a buyer and kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates. Due to a lack of communication from the buyer’s solicitor, Sam was imperative when it came to chasing the buyer’s side and his persistence ensured the sale went through. Ollie and Sam were both imperative in ensuring the sale went through. This was my first time dealing with Foxtons and both individuals have left me with a good impression of the agency, which I would not hesitate to use again.

I did not end up buying a property through him, but during my search, Gavie Raj was the stand out estate agent I dealt with. And the only one I actively sought out after initial contact. Not only was he straight with me regarding properties he showed me, Gavie was willing to share insights on neighbourhoods I hadn't considered. This was both from a point of view of the properties available, but also from what living in these areas would be like.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to due to the outstanding customer service that I received from Klaudia at Foxtons in Shoreditch. Klaudia was warm and so incredibly efficient while helping me to find a new flat to rent. This was a breath of fresh air in relation to my experiences of other letting agents at other companies. This made all the difference to me because I was feeling anxious about finding somewhere after being given notice on my previous flat. I found the property I wanted with the help of Frieda, who is very patient and approachable. At the same time I had a lot of steps to coordinate as a foreigner renting a property in the UK and Frieda was very kind and patient in helping me and waiting for me to finish my personal hurdles in terms of documentation. It was my first time in the UK to visit a property in person with an agent and she was very precise in recommending properties that I liked and it was a great experience. Foxtons is probably the best agency I used during my search for a property, showcasing properties from all over London. They were most hands-on, calling me regularly about new listings. Their website was great, and I think they had the widest range of properties, including potential good deals. I encountered an amazing deal, which I didn't manage to secure in the end, frustratingly! Three agents, Charlotte from the Shoreditch branch, Ashley from the Notting Hill branch and Florence from the Camden branch, stood out as being very helpful and good at their job. I enjoyed viewing properties with them, especially Florence and Ashley, who made the experience fun.

I have used Foxtons for around 15 years now and always found their service to be outstanding. I recently engaged Foxtons of Shoreditch to assist me find a new home. I had the pleasure of speaking to Billy Smith who took the time to understand what was important to me and arrange viewings for potential properties. After two viewings an offer was made, and fair agreement reached with the vendor on a sales price. Foxtons worked to my quick timescales to circulate a memorandum of understanding and the vendor worked quickly throughout the process. The whole purchase took around 6 weeks in total and at every step of the journey I received updates from Billy Smith. I would strongly recommend Foxtons to anyone who is looking for a quality property transaction. Efficient, great communication and transparent in their approach.

I became an 'accidental landlord' after 2008/09 GFC, with just one property. I rented through Foxtons since, for nearly 15 years. I could not have been happier with the service received. In the first two years, I hedged with two other agents. Afterwards, I didn't bother: in those early years, other agents organised 2-3 views in the first week, while Foxtons always had a multiple of that and an offer within a 7-10 days every single time. I don't recall having empty-flat periods in all the time I've been with Foxtons. The ever-more onerous regulations and charges, and punitive taxation made the rental barely profitable so in early 2023, I decided to sell. Foxtons Shoreditch was, again, on hand: the team took barely a week to find me a buyer, for a shade below what I thought was an ambitious asking price. I don't know, and don't care whether Foxtons' fees are higher than those of other agents - with the valuation the team achieved, I'm classing the firm's commission not as a cost but an investment, with a full-calorie return. VERY special thanks to the whole team: Oliver, for discussing the valuation and guiding me through the early stages of the process; Charlotte, who I was told did the initial heavy-lifting: the viewings and price negotiation; and to Billy, for his professional advice and bottomless patience in dealing with both me and the Buyer.

We were served by Long Nguyen when looking for a two bedroom apartment in Shoreditch. Long sat with us on Tuesday, interviewing us on what our preferences are, created a list to view the day after, and by Wednesday afternoon we had made an offer to the place we liked the most, and closed that on Thursday. Long was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and really knew the apartments and the neighborhood. We had a great experience.
