Poorest service I have ever experienced in the UK. Please avoid if you can. They don’t provide inventory report even if we chased it for many times. We had to make a report by ourselves. The property manager (Jane) is really incompetent, always doesn’t reply emails on time and even cannot figure out our tenancy end date. I had to email her many times to fix her mistake. Never fix the issues in our flat even if I reported them many times. And now they are charging us a £3000 commission fee for changing new tenants (we are the current tenants) but it’s the landlord tell them to find new tenants….

Foxtons is an extremely professional and efficient letting agency. They finalised the letting process for my flatmate and I within one day and were on top of everything from day 1. Andrea Puddu and particularly Rauf Mustapha were really helpful agents and guided me through my viewings and letting process. Would definitely recommend this agency and the above-mentioned agents.

Charlotte was very personable and helpful in finding properties; not too pushy or hassley in wanting to find a property for you, but good at understanding your wants and matching with the market. He was extremely helpful and professional whilst also giving lots of impartial advice to us along the way. Cannot thank Klaudia enough for everything she has done regarding the rental of one of the Foxton Shoreditch properties. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything, kept us updated almost weekly & was really thorough/helpful with any info we needed on anything. Her attention to detail was great regarding a small issue with the property which was highlighted by herself before we even arrived to move in. She’s absolutely lovely and has made what can be a stressful time, very easy. Everyone else we met at the office was really nice too! Thank you again, highly recommend!

Contrary to what you typically hear about letting agents in London, I had a phenomenal experience with Shanice-Chanel and could not recommend her enough. She is extremely professional, responsive, and overall just really great to work with! Shanice-Chanel was able to help set up numerous listings for me within a very short timeframe. It was my first time renting a place by myself in London - she was very patient in walking me through the different steps of the rental procrss She helped me put together a competitive offer which ended up getting accepted. Even after I had signed the lease, she has remained extremely helpful with little things that have come up (e.g., repairs, extra sets of keys, etc.). My wonderful estate agent, Klaudia was really an oasis in a desert. At a time when I was feeling extremely bereft and frustrated by the current London housing market, Klaudia came through with every sort of support one can imagine. From getting our offer accepted at lightning speed and sound letting advice, to a lift in her car and cold water on a hot day. The entire team (Klaudia and Jen esp) at Foxton's Shoreditch was exceptionally professional, efficient and most importantly, kind and personable - a rare trait in the world of London real estate. Unbelievably rude staff, showing us rental properties £4000 over our budget in the hopes to shift a property that was promised to a landlord they could let, while the property was worth so much less (so says other estate agents) and then stated that we HAD to go through Foxtons otherwise we wouldn’t be able to find anything. Crappest service over ever received, rushed us through other properties so we could get to this over priced one as quick as possible. So much so so had to write a review, which I never do

If you have a property to sell in the Shoreditch area and if you have a complex process ahead of you (cross border seller and buyer, difficult and slow moving managing agents, solicitors and freeholders....) I strongly recommend getting in touch with Oliver Mint to manage the sale of your property. After pondering other agencies with lower fees, we went with Ollie as he was straight forward, did not sugar coat the market, gave an honest appraisal of our property and proceeded to deliver 2 offers within a short space of time. The sale process itself was marred with inefficiencies / misunderstandings from both sets of solicitors, which created much angst and stress for us, particularly being located overseas. Ollie stepped in and managed the tricky conversations with all parties and demonstrated exceptional negotiation skills. His maturity, calm demeanour and perseverance ultimately brought the transaction to a close which at several stages looked like it would fall through. We could not be more grateful for the effort Ollie put in and strongly recommend his services / talent.

Gavie was very quick and responsive when it came to finding a range of homes within my budget and in the areas i liked. We quickly found a home that i loved and was able to get an offer accepted. As it was my first time buying i had lots of questions throughout the process and Gavie was able to talk me through the process, offering advice and recommendation for different solicitors, surveys etc. He guided the sale from start to finish, as a first time buyer this was priceless! I needed a quick turnaround time to find a new flat and was recommended by a friend to work with Sharice-Chanel Hall. After gathering my details, Sharice took me to 6 places in 2 hours. When I saw a property I loved, Sharice helped me jump on the property quickly and prepare an offering. Within 30 minutes, Joe, from the agency, called me up to confirm my application and spoke directly to the landlord. He was able to negotiate my preferred pricing and I all but secured the property an hour later. Austin was really supportive of us during the viewings process, only showing us relevant properties, offering useful advice and was always flexible when arranging viewings.
