My wife and I moved to London from NYC and hit the ground running the moment we arrived searching for a flat. We were fortunate enough to find Helen at Foxtons Shoreditch relatively quickly, and were completely satisfied with her efficiency, attention to detail and wonderful manner. We looked at several potential flats before finding the perfect place in Dalston, and Helen was beyond amazing as she guided us through the unfamiliar process of finding our first home abroad. We would highly recommend both her and Foxtons Shoreditch to anyone and everyone hoping to find a wonderful place to live.

Having decided to move back to East London, Foxtons wouldn’t normally be my first choice estate agent to rent, but this time around, good service from Shanice-Chanel at the Shoreditch branch. Very responsive and efficient, whilst being professional and friendly throughout. Foxtons were fab, especially Azad, the negotiator who followed the sale in a very proactive manner from beginning to end to allow a very speedy process with an early exchange and prompt completion. I was the buyer but when I sell this place we just bought today, we will certainly go back to Foxtons who aim to please and serve and help in any way possible.

An absolutely despicable organisation - repeatdely ignored. Never picked up on - months of anxiety, stress and worry. I call and they hang up on me - we were signed onto a new tennancy without our consent. Whatever you do do NOT SIGN UP to any tennancy with foxtons.

We currently moved out from a foxtons property. And they charged the check out fee which was £165.. We never heard about this fee when moved in ..also the flat condition was domestic cleaning level when we came ! that was completely horrible so we had to clean all up. But for us, we had to hire professional cleaning team and that was £270!and the agency arranged it. That is quite prices but there were no choices. But then, the landlord complained about the cleaning things by calling. It is so upset cos the foxton didn't let us know anything about the whole situation. They rearranged the cleaning team but didn't notice to us and also the landlord. What a joke !

Foxtons turned up at my flat ten days before we were meant to move out and demanded that we move out there and then as they had tenants moving in the next day. We were literally kicked out onto the street. They then had the nerve to try and charge us £65 for 'ending our tenancy early!' Shame. They really lived up to their reputation. During my tenancy they also very rarely replied to emails whenever something was broken.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

After having to end our tenancy early, due to issues with the flat. We agreed amicably on a tenancy end date and the amount of the deposit returned. We contacted Foxtons with this information, and they told us we could expect the deposit returned within 3, 5 business days. I asked for a response to my emails containing the agreement from the landlord. 11 days after. I called them to ask about the deposit, and they claimed they had never received our emails showing the agreement between us and the landlord, despite the reply I had received from them 11 days prior. They asked me to forward the emails again, which I did. The person I spoke to said she would need to speak with someone before providing me a response on the resent emails, and until then she wasn't able to send me anything confirming they had received them. They weren't able to transfer me to a supervisor, or even provide an email address for their supervisor. I needed that deposit back previously to pay rent on my new apartment, and now they're saying it'll be at least another 3-5 business days before I receive that money. If I could give this institution 0 stars I would.NegativeResponsiveness

I cannot recommend Foxtons in Shoreditch highly enough. I recently bought a flat through Gavie and Karen. They consistently went over and above to make the purchase went as smooth as possible. Gavie was extremely accommodating when it came to viewings. He worked around my schedule and offered to do viewings after hours. He understood our requirements and knew exactly what we wanted straight away. Foxtons had the best quality properties and the most stock. He was always contactable over the phone / text, especially important during the negotiation phase! Karen provided reassurance and support throughout when a number of problems arose. She too was always contactable and knew just what to say. She went beyond her duties once we were in the new flat to make sure that we were happy. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and will certainly be using Foxtons when I come to sell! Thank you Gavie and Karen!

Brilliant service provided by Foxtons Shoreditch. This was my first experience letting a property as a landlord, and Daniel Fox was very patient and helpful in explaining all the details to me before I finally decided to instruct Foxtons as my letting agents. From then on the service provided was truly professional, from advertising the property to providing detailed feedback after each block of viewings. Within a couple of weeks I received a few offers which was a very good turnaround. The process after a tenant was found was very slick and professional, with Foxtons' online portal and Daniel's involvement making the process very quick and easy, which is ideal for me as I work full time. Thanks Daniel, and Foxtons, for successfully letting my property in such a short space of time - 1 month after I purchased the flat they found a tenant who has now moved in - great work!

Klaudia Kocot Lettings Negotiator - Shoreditch Lettings, Foxtons Klaudia was a fantastic estate agent. She handled our needs extremely well: from working to suit our outer work hours and available viewing times, and to understanding our requirements for a new flat. Furthermore, her excellent interpersonal skills made viewing properties quite fun. However, at the time Foxtons just did not have the properties available that were right for us. But nevertheless, I can't recommend Klaudia enough.
