We have used Foxtons for our current property and the property we will soon be moving into, and have worked with Frieda on both occasions. She has always been so helpful and communicative, researching properties that match our criteria and bringing us to multiple places in one viewing session that she thinks we will like. Both times, we’ve gone with places we hadn’t even requested to view! Frieda has also been extremely respectful of our time when it has come to showing our current property to potential tenants. We’ve always had a great experience with Frieda and Foxtons and will continue to work with them going forward.

It was a pleasure working with Charlotte. I was keen on one of her assigned properties but I ended up going for a different one in the end. Charlotte was really professional and helpful. I had very specific criteria and she addressed my issues with the property's seller and tried to get it sorted for me and find other properties that matched. She also explained processes really clearly, etc. I'd be happy to recommend her.

Finally found a flat with the help of Shanice! She knew from the first call what my partner and I were looking for and brought us to a really dreamy flat. Getting the contract signed and agreeing on terms with the landlord took some time, but Shanice was really helpful and thoughtful throughout the process. Looking forward to move in to our new flat soon and it feels safe to have her as a point of contact in any future matters regarding our new home.

Arrived in London without accommodation and being a student, the search for an apartment was very complicated, only Foxtons managed to find accommodation for me and my roommate in a period when the real estate market in London was saturated. Usually estate agents don't get a good rep, but I have no words to express how good Robert Dowe was. In a market that has literally gone mad, he found us an apartment in two days, right at the location we wanted, and for the right price. The guy never lost his cool, he was accommodating and patient throughout and always with a smile on his face. If all estate agents could be like Rob, the world would be a better place. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with renting a property in London through Foxtons, all thanks to lettings negotiator, Rauf Mustapha. What I most liked about the service was how hassle-free it was, which I did not expect- being a first time renter in London. Rauf was available round-the-clock to help me with any query I had, and was on his toes throughout to find me the exact kind of property I wanted. I never once felt pressurised into stretching my (fairly modest) budget, nor did I feel I was given less priority because of the same. He definitely went above and beyond to meet (and exceed!) my requirements, and made sure it was well within my budget, which I greatly appreciated. All-in-all I would 10/10 recommend Foxtons, and would 11/10 recommend Rauf, who ultimately landed me a beautiful property close to work, at a fair amount below the asking price! Many thanks for this Rauf!

Do NOT rent from Foxtons, they showed me an idyllic flat in a great location, which I loved. However, upon moving in after two weeks,I discovered mould, leaks that was very damaging to my belongings. When I threatened to move out, they did nothing of the situation and forced me to pay early move out fees. The tenant after had the same issues and Foxtons was incredibly uncooperative to the point where we had to take legal action. Do your due diligence when renting from them. They pulled a fast one on me and DID NOT do anything to help.
