GoogleTime between seeing a property and getting the contract signed was minimal. Matt was great showing us around and was always available to answer any questions after the viewing. All paperwork was done online which sped up the process even more. Recommend!

GoogleWe are extremely happy with the service recently provided by Foxtons in reletting our flat. They were able to find new tenants quickly despite the covid difficulties. Their representative, Tim Watson, was particularly helpful in keeping us well informed at all times and also in taking the initiative in sorting out problems for us, arising in respect of the statutory requirements for the inspection of electrical fittings and also the professional cleaning of the flat. GoogleDo Not Rent they will leave you Homeless I have a very bad experience just now with them I rented a property in mid May of 2020 on the pandemic and I was very happy after paying and referencing we signed the contract on the 20th of May. The start of tenancy started on 15th of June, but on the 12 of June the manager called and said there was a leak at the property and we couldn’t move in straight away we had to wait a couple of days. On Monday since no one called or emailed I called and found out that they don’t have any answers. Every day since I’ve called and they didn’t pick up, couldn’t help and eventually after 5 days mr. Liam spoke to us and said someone will call, no supprise when no one called at the end of business day on Friday we called again and property management and they said we should stop calling because someone will call us. Of course nobody called and we ended up waiting until Monday , that when it happened: we called Property Management and spoke to Them and he said that our contract it’s cancelled and there’s nothing we can do about it and that it was cancelled last week, of course even without emailing us or anything and that the refund was on it’s way. I called The agent and spoke to her she was very evasive and when I asked about proof of the cancellation of contract and everything she said yes but never actually sent me anything i also spoke to the Manager and he said that Foxtons is refusing to rent properties to me and my friend with no explanation.When i asked the reason i was told that they can not provide it. Please let my experience help others not go through the same experience.

GoogleI bought a flat with Gavie Raj and I received a superb service. I was also selling my house with a different agency and I think the whole transaction would not have happened with any other agent. First Gavie warned me that my solicitors were not good and he also listed all the problems I would have with them. I didn't listen and I had all of the problems Gavie said I would have. Throughout the process whenever I felt something was stuck or needed a general advice about any aspect of my sale or purchase, I was leaning on Gavie for advice and to push things forward. Overall a really good experience.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Charlotte with respect to viewings in East London. She really hit the brief with the properties we viewed and was very friendly and informative. Whilst we ultimately did not choose a Foxtons property, we have been using Charlotte as our model comparison to other agents as we had such a smooth experience - thank you!

GoogleHad the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Frieda who was exceptional. We were looking for an apartment through multiple agencies but knew we would have preference for a property that Frieda had shown us due to her great service. She was professional, patient and genuinely cared about us finding our new home. We were shown several homes and she took our feedback on board to be able to narrow down our search and secure a property within a week, would highly recommend.

GoogleI usually don’t leave reviews, but I hope my time prevents others from receiving the unprofessional, untrustworthy and tremendously low client service that we received. Their agents make agreements and then, through their managers, inform you that such agents had no authority to make those agreements (which they never warned you of) and that whatever was not written in the contract will not be binding (after you’ve signed the contract). They take weeks to respond despite multiple emails, phone calls and text messages and they deny any kind of responsibility. And they took no sanitary precautions considering Covid times.
