GoogleManaged to sell a property with Billy and Gavie as a team in two weeks. Both offered a smooth and engaging sales process. Billy and Gavie did excellent job by staying on the top of the process through regular follow ups with the buyer, seller and solicitors to help completing the sale in a timely manner. Thank you

Google**THE MOST DISGRACEFUL** real estate agency that one can ever experience in spite of very high agency fee (almost half a grand). Before Foxtons, I never had to live a life where I had to move into a flat with no hot water, a washing machine covered in round of mould, and a ripped mattress with bugs around. I have requested to remove this soiled mattress after getting my own mattress on the day of move in and it took them ten days to finally come up with a solution: to liaise with the Council on my own (with no estimated time frame and the wrong council contact at first) as this is the most 'economical' option for this 'furnished' property that they hold no liability for such removal. What a self contradictory statement. This clearly leaves me with two options: either 1) to pay high fees for immediate removal service hire or 2) to wait for weeks for the Council to collect it. Nothing but incompetent property management service - Thank you for a huge life lesson that high price tag doesn't mean quality, though.

GoogleThey would not stop calling me, even after specific requests to be removed from the calling lists. Eventually, I had to make a GDPR request with their head office to have my data removed.

GoogleAppalling service. I rented from Foxtons for 3 years in London and had nothing but trouble from day one. When we first moved in the carpets had been cleaned but not been allowed to dry, so the whole place smelled awful and was damp for weeks. This was amongst many, many issues that arose in the first few days and Foxtons were slow to fix, if they fixed the issues at all over the whole 3 year period. They quibbled everything, even things like burst pipes, and always took the cheapskate landlords side in everything. Really terrible experience and I have heard similar things from other customers. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleReally great experience with Shanice. Had to find a flat to rent short notice and within 1 day, had 2 viewings. Liked one of them and on that day was able to lock it down and do all the paperwork the same day. Super fast, clear and efficient. Their online system is well designed and easy to use as well.
