GoogleI like to leave som feedback of our working experience with Eleonora Pole. After 4 years living in London this is the first time we can say HOME to the property we are renting. She understood since the begining our needs, organised two days of viewings and the second day we took the decision, cause she found the home we were looking for on our budget, such in a short period of time. For the first time in London finding a new decent place where to live it hasn't been so easy like this time. I truthly want to Thank her for being so efficient and professinal.

GoogleTerrible service once you've paid the fees. I've been moved into my property for almost a month now, I still do not have a key to my mailbox or working fire alarms. These are things Foxtons are supposed to have completed *before* we move in. They will not put any urgency on a mail key. I've told them I've just moved into the country and need to be able to receive mail in order to get a national insurance number, to get bank accounts and telephone, I need to provide proof of address for these things and I cannot receive mail to get any proof of address! They do not care, not even an apology, they will not ask the building management to cut a new key presumably because it will cost a few pounds, so they've been waiting for over a week for the previous tenant to come back from vacation to see if he has the key so they can get it for free. It is completely unacceptable. I will never occupy a place that is managed by Foxton's again.

I was very impressed with the way you handled all of my queries, replying promptly and politely in all situations. It can be a stressful business trying to manage a property from a distance but I definitely relaxed with you handling things. When I return to using Foxtons to manage the flat, it will be because of the service you provided.

She has been nothing but helpful and professional from day one, going over and above by preparing a list of suitable properties with comments as to why they were appropriate, and then showing incredible tenacity and dedication to get the sale through. She knows what she's doing, is lovely and so competent. It's been a real pleasure working with her on this. We're a few days from exchange and completion and without her, it wouldn't have been possible. Very excellent lady.

GoogleManaged to sell a property with Billy and Gavie as a team in two weeks. Both offered a smooth and engaging sales process. Billy and Gavie did excellent job by staying on the top of the process through regular follow ups with the buyer, seller and solicitors to help completing the sale in a timely manner. Thank you

Google**THE MOST DISGRACEFUL** real estate agency that one can ever experience in spite of very high agency fee (almost half a grand). Before Foxtons, I never had to live a life where I had to move into a flat with no hot water, a washing machine covered in round of mould, and a ripped mattress with bugs around. I have requested to remove this soiled mattress after getting my own mattress on the day of move in and it took them ten days to finally come up with a solution: to liaise with the Council on my own (with no estimated time frame and the wrong council contact at first) as this is the most 'economical' option for this 'furnished' property that they hold no liability for such removal. What a self contradictory statement. This clearly leaves me with two options: either 1) to pay high fees for immediate removal service hire or 2) to wait for weeks for the Council to collect it. Nothing but incompetent property management service - Thank you for a huge life lesson that high price tag doesn't mean quality, though.

GoogleMy agent was Azad Shahid. He was amazing from the start to finish of purchasing my property. He was professional, friendly and very transparent not to mention very attentive to all my requests. He made the experience of purchasing my property very relaxed and pleasant. I would definitely be recommending him to my friends and family and would be using him again in the near future.
