GoogleTypical lettings agents, lied about the room (they called it a studio), and just hassled and hassled to get a sale. Dont deal with foxtons, the typical old school lettings agents

GoogleWe moved into a foxtons managed let early this year, the process to move in was great but the management side has been shocking. We had broken doors, blinds and mold on move in. 2 out of 4 doors were fixed after 3 months. 2 out of 4 blinds were fixed after 4 months. We’re still waiting on the other doors and blinds to be fixed after nearly 5 months of living here. Every week we have to add a comment to foxtons maintenance portal and the response is the same either “we are waiting on the landlord “ or “we are waiting on the contractor” even though when the contractors have been round (4 times now) foxtons have told them the wrong thing to fix!!! This isn’t good for us the tenants and I’m sure it certainly isn’t good for our landlord who is paying someone to fix one door then coming back to fix another!

GoogleI would not trust Foxtons at all. They use underhanded, deceptive tactics when selling properties, including misleading information about the property itself and others in the same building, especially if those properties are listed with a different agent. It’s clear they try to steer buyers away from the competition rather than acting in good faith. Be very cautious if dealing with them.

GoogleRecently looked at a flat listed by Foxtons Battersea and they were very helpful. Sofia Reis in particular was very kind, patient and helpful and made the whole process a lot easier than any other agent my partner and I have dealt with. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleCan't thank Foxtons Lavender Hill Battersea enough for selling my property!! Had been through two other Estate Agents that were an utter disgrace. Initially at Foxtons I met with the fantastic Manager David and then realised Foxtons were on a much higher level of professionalism and put my trust in them straight away. Samuel took control of the viewings and with his dedication, diligence, goodwill and humour I knew he would get the job done. It had been a tough year for me but Samuel just went that extra mile. He has such a talent and is a special guy! If you're not sure which estate agent to choose, this should answer your question. Foxtons!! Truly grateful Samuel and David, Foxtons Battersea

GoogleWould highly recommend using Foxtons Battersea due to the professional and assured service offered during our time looking for a new property in the SW. We were dealing with Cesca Hanley and she took the time to listen to our requirements before eliminating any properties within the Foxtons portfolio that weren't quite what we were looking for so not to waste our limited time in the city Thanks to Cesca and Foxtons Battersea.
