GoogleHonestly Sofia at Foxtons Battersea has been one of the best agents I have worked with, even though I have had quite high demands and specific requirements, she has constantly been helping and genuinely wanting me to find the perfect home. I definitely am thankful for the effort she has put in.

GoogleTook 4 months to get our deposit back & threat of a dispute. We paid for a professional clean at Foxton’s recommendation but still got charged £150 for ‘cleanliness’ - this was as a result of the cleaners not cleaning up after themselves and damaging the property’s bin. Avoid!

GoogleI had a great experience of working with Catherine Lunn on the sale of my flat. She really impressed me with her professionalism and commitment. Throughout the process, she showed solid market know-how, kept me well-informed, and made the whole selling thing feel surprisingly smooth. GooglePut my property on the market even though I explicitly told them not to. I was also lied to several times with them setting up fake viewings that no one showed up to.

GoogleGave 1 star because I couldn’t give ZERO. Spent 90 minutes getting to the office for a series of viewings only to find the agent had left. No attempt to communicate or rearrange. Appalling service.

GoogleWe were lucky to work with Dinyo Dyankov from Foxtons' Battersea office, when we were looking for a rental property in London. He took all of our preferences serious and into consideration in his selection of properties to show us. Because of that, we didn't waste time looking at properties that fell entirely short of what we were looking for. Dinyo was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous, considerate and sympathetic, not usually words I would associate with a property agent. He went out of his way, meeting us after work in the late evening, to help us look at properties that he had put together (with very short notice, mind you. I was impressed with Dinyo's attention to details, competence, and his sincere demeanour. He comes with my highest recommendation, if you are looking for a property to rent in London.
