Alex was a pleasure to deal with. While we didn't end up purchasing one of the properties he showed us, that wasn't through any fault of his own. Alex was thorough, listened attentively and provided my wife and I with the right options. We never felt rushed and unlike almost every other agent we dealt with, speaking with Alex very quickly felt like talking to a friend who was helping us find a house. We have just today completed on a flat purchase at Battersea Reach. We initially met Oliver Alexandre when he showed us round the flat last year. He has remained our point of contact since then. He has been such an asset throughout this process keeping us fully informed. As we progressed closer to the date of completion he had twice weekly check ins with us to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. He was always at the end of the phone , message or email to help with any queries and over the past few days has been totally invaluable to ensure we met our goal of completion today. Foxtons Battersea was the most efficient and helpful agent I’ve ever dealt with. Our agent, Salah, was dedicated and efficient, showing us multiple flats at a time, and providing regular updates and fast responses. He also made the experience personalised to our needs, especially since we were four people looking to rent a two bedroom flat which turned out to be tricky due to regulations. This wasn’t too much of a challenge for Salah and he helped us with a strategy to find somewhere that would be willing to get the correct license, despite us being turned away by multiple other estate agents who thought that this would be an impossible challenge.

When house was first listed with Foxtons.They forgot to mention that 3 Parking spaces were included.The photographer didn’t do a great job .It was pointed out to me that beds were not made .Point taken .However in my view they were difficult to deal with .Not as organised as I would have expected .I wouldn’t use them again .Im now trying to get my keys returned.Keys were handed over to Foxtons representative at the house without fanfare.I expect them returned the same way .

I moved into my new property just before Christmas. Salah at Foxtons was a fantastic help throughout the entire process. He was a 10/10 with communication and getting things done very quickly. After viewing the property I was all signed up and ready to go within a few days. The online portal is very simple to use and does not take too long to complete. I wanted to the view the property again after I signed the tenancy in order to take some measurements. Salah was very accommodating and even offered to pick me up from my address at the time as I was still on crutches post surgery. The process was made very easy throughout. Thanks Salah!! 😊
