GoogleWhen I approached various agents earlier this year to find a rental property, without doubt Ioana was head and shoulders above other agents. She was delightful to work with and took personal responsibility for trying to find the right property. She was very patient and always available. I would definitely recommend her!

I unfortunately decided that I was going to move to a different area I was looking at, and he was so knowledgeable that he offered me advice for that area as well. GoogleCalvin is by far one of the best real estate agents out there and we saw a lot! He has a very hands on approach and is very proactive. While other agents do not bother and you need to chase them, Calvin takes his time to understand what are you looking for first and then comes up with house selection. If I could give him 6 stars I would!!

GoogleService is very one sided. They chase and chase if you’re 30 seconds late for anything and then when the shoe is on the other foot they’re not bothered. Inventory/checks were sloppy. Cupboards off their hinges, solid case of damp. As soon as they have what they need they don’t bother helping with anything. Renting in London is a hellscape.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS AGENCY They are horrible when you actually need help but will respond in 2 seconds when they need a payment from you. Sophie is the most unhelpful person and said things that she did not follow through with. They are untrustworthy and will do anything to bind you to them. Look somewhere else if you actually want help at all or even to be treated decently.
Dear Victoria, I am sorry that you have been unhappy with the service. From looking at your records I can see that you entered into a tenancy agreement which is legally binding between you and the landlord and as you needed to withdraw from the tenancy the landlord is entitled to recover any losses they suffer. It is of course unfortunate circumstances but well beyond our control once you have signed a tenancy agreement. Kind regards Nick

GoogleDo yourself a favor and stay far away from these two. First off, Chene is absolutely terrible. We sent our offer immediately, and it took her *weeks* to respond. Weeks! We had to get our previous property manager involved just to get the lease signed. I emailed her so many times trying to get an agreement, but she just kept pushing us off. Meanwhile, we had already told our old landlord we were moving out. Thanks for the added stress, Chene. Then there's Gab. This guy texts us to view the apartment between 12:30-1:00 pm. So, at 12:45, I text him to ask if he’s still coming. Nothing. I even took my dog out, still nothing. Seriously? How lazy can you be? I’m convinced this company only hires people who don’t care about their jobs. Total waste of time.
