GoogleVicky Horseman from the Battersea Office (Lavender Hill) was very helpful in my recent property search. Vicky organised a number of viewings for me and showed me around the properties. I was impressed by her deep knowledge of the flats and of the local areas. Vicky was very responsive and was able to answer all of my questions. GoogleHorrible letting experience. We have been misled and lied to repeatedly, and they let us move in without a satisfactory EICR. Getting basic maintenance done is like pulling teeth and requires us to constantly chase. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone. We dealt with Tom during the viewing process who repeatedly avoided answering questions and then decided not to tell us the property had not passed the EICR. We've since been dealing with Fadi who has been nothing short of neglilgent. We've tried contacting the office to complain but emails go unanswered and we've had to get the council involved. I imagine they're better if they're making money from a sale, but for tenants who are in a building being managed by them it has truly been absolutely terrible.

GoogleLiam was pleasant to deal with and kept us updated both before the viewing and after we made an offer. He got back to me quickly after the initial enquiry, and followed up to make sure we could still make it to the viewing. Still need to see how Foxtons performs as a management company when we move into our rental, but their systems make things very efficient and easy to follow for the offer and background checks. Update: If people are on leave no one takes over, so you are ignored until they return, their property management is so slow to get any issues resolved, and require constant following up. They "lose" conditions of offer, so just make sure you take photos when you sign. Honestly the most incompetent bunch of morons. Avoid.

GoogleZuzanna from Foxtons Battersea were really helpful. I had a viewing of properties for buy-to-let with her, and she found for me the properties that did much my expectations. Zuzanna took me in her car to see all the properties, and she was very helpful in showing them as well as in explaining about the payments as well as verifying with the current landlords how much rent they charge. GoogleI very, very, very recommend Jamael! He was really fantastic! Help me find my perfect house! He was very patient to help me solve my problem even when we were jet-lagged! Since I couldn't go over to see the house, Jamael was very caring to help me shoot the video of the house and help me compare!! I recommended him to my classmates and friends who recommended Jamael! They will also rent a house for themselves with the help of Jamael! Start a good life!

GoogleSam Toufique was the agent who assisted me in renting and he was very proactive about contacting me with properties fitting my search criteria. Sam was quick and accommodating to help me secure the property once I had found something I liked, and remained an excellent help and liaison between me, his office and the landlord throughout the process, adeptly resolving any little snags that occurred along the way. You would be lucky to have him at your service, especially in this market.

GoogleDealt with Tom Mawer who helped us find an apartment when we relocated from Ireland to London. Fantastic experience - Tom made the whole process so easy. Within 2 weeks Tom found us an apartment (which had everything we were looking for). Contracts etc were all signed before we left Ireland so all we had to do when we landed in London was collect the keys! Cannot recommend Tom and Foxtons highly enough - took all the stress out of moving and saved us the hassle of trawling the web trying to find a suitable apartment. Thanks again :)

GoogleIf only I had listened when others had warned me against renting from this estate agency. The lack of communication, repairs in a timely manner and Compassion has been absolutely shocking to say the least. Allowing us to live in a property for 2 years without efficient heating is completely unacceptable. We were given oil heaters as a temporary solution which cost a fortune to run and didn't warm the space. Temporary became permanent and winters were freezing. We had to suffer all because an overseas landlord gets away with not spending any money on her property. Delays on repairing a leaking pipe in our bathroom resulted in my young cat drinking from it causing kidney failure, resulting in me spending a fortune to keep him comfortable in his last days and needing to put him down. Even with photographic evidence of the chemical water coming out of the pipe they refused to accept any responsibility and argued with me with information from their paid contractors. Ofcourse their contractors will say whatever Foxtons told them too, they are being paid. Losing my beloved cat due to the incompetency of a landlord and an estate agency has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Seeing all these 5 star reviews must some kind of joke because the reality is they couldn't care less about anything else other than money. I will make sure I never use Foxtons ever again.

GoogleMy flatmates and I are first time renters for university. It was a miracle to be able to find a place to live, and even more so how helpful Sofia Reis was. She was our estate agent and helped us every step of the way when we had no clue what we were doing. She was extremely reliable and always quick to respond and helped us when other agents/landlords wouldn't want to deal with us because we're too "naive". Thank you again Sofia. :-)

GoogleI have had a very positive experience of working with Sam Toufique. Sam found us our current place to rent when he was working at D&G and so when our landlady decided to sell, there was no question that we wanted to work with him again to find us our next home. Sam has been so patient throughout despite us being quite fussy! Sam consistently sent potential properties through and was very efficient in getting us booked in for viewings. Sam always gave us clear and honest information and showed integrity throughout the process. He is one of the best letting agents I've worked with! Sam has now found us our next home and worked very hard to get the offer through, accepted and all checks completed. Couldn't recommend Sam more!
