They double charged me 450 pounds on cleaning fees and ignore my request to return my deposit (5 weeks past the end of my tenancy and after everything was cleared out with the previous landlord). I have made several attempts to contact Naomi Mangala, or anyone else from their office for clarofication. But no one answers, only a secretary that never pass through my message. It's been a extremely taxing and underwhelming experience dealing with them. Avoid the stress and go with someone else

Vicky is an absolute star! Not only did she find us our house, but throughout the whole process she remained firmly on top of it all and followed up regularly with all parties on our behalf. With the current housing crisis it was very difficult for us to find a property to secure, jamael help us secure a flat that had all the specific requirements that we requested. I’ve been working with Dan for a little bit now but he’s been exceptional in the time I’ve worked with him. He’s been fast with responses, answered all questions and properly understood my needs. I asked for a video tour as I couldn’t get to the flat in time and he sent it over without any issues and didn’t pressure me for any decisions.
