Ioana went above and beyond to help us look for a rental earlier this year, being super attentive to not just big things like budgets but also personal preferences which was so appreciated!

Calvin was incredible. Really taking the time to understand what I was looking for and tailoring viewings to suit my wants and needs. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ioana was great and went above and beyond in our search In the end the ideal flat was with another agent unfortunately as we would never been delighted to close with Ioana

Vicky was great at trying to find us a house to buy. She scoured all of South West London to help us narrow down our search and was very proactive; keeping in touch with how our search was progressing and calling as soon as she was getting a new listing to ensure we were able to view asap. She is very friendly and helpful, always asking questions to make us think about what it is we want from a property. Her communication is excellent and she was always quick to respond to questions and queries. If you need a house to buy Vicky will do everything she can to find it for you.

I had a fantastic experience looking for flats through the Foxtons Battersea office with the help of Sofia Reis, who was wonderful throughout. Sofia was so friendly and extremely professional - keeping on top of everything, going above and beyond to help us find a variety of great flat options that matched our requirements. With her brilliant knowledge of the market as well as continued support and assistance, this complicated flat-hunting process was made easier and much more fun. We did not end up renting through Foxtons in the end, but Sofia’s support and fantastic communication stood out regardless amongst all other agents we contacted. Thank you so much for your help, Sofia! Would highly recommend to anyone and would love to work with you in the future.

Would give 0 starts if I can. 2 months of back and forth and keeping 6 months of rent plus my deposit and making me pay for a tenancy where nothing which was agreed on the offer has been met. Number connected to my profile is now completely ignored. Have requested the steps for a formal complaint over 6 different times and everyone time I’m told someone will call me back or email me but never once have I received a response. AVOID THIS AGENCY AND ESPECIALLY THE LETTING MANAGER. I was made to make transfer of 6 months upfront plus 5 week deposit without being told major works had to take place in the apartment, then I was GURANTEED it will all be complete prior to me moving in. Works weren’t even started by the tenancy start date and will not be done before February soonest. DISGUSTING

While we didn't end up finding a property with this agency, we had an amazing experience looking with them. We worked with Sofia, who was not only knowledgeable about the area, market, and properties she showed us, but was also just a pleasure to work with. She took amazing care to keep us in the loop regarding new properties and we felt that she listened to our needs with personal interest. Would absolutely work with Foxtons, and Sofia, again.

I went on some viewings with Olivia who put it all together. Even though I did not end up signing, I did really appreciate how she had found the spaces, listened to my needs and overall was very understanding and friendly. I feel like she already asked a lot of questions to assess my needs, however looking back, she could have asked even more as there are so many different needs with everyone she must meet. Thank you

I would like to thank the team at Foxtons for their efficiency, good-humour and, above all, superb 'communication skills' (ie. talking!). Throughout what turned out to be the somewhat extended process of selling my flat on Battersea Rise, I was kept constantly informed of what was going on, or what WASN'T going on. In particular I would like to thank David Law, Sam Gyasi and Fabrizio Giacovazzi who will all have quite big phone bills because of me. Although I didn't in the end go down the rental line, I would also like to thank Shannagh Docherty for her invaluable advice and good-humour. I would not hesitate to recommend Foxtons Battersea.

Had the pleasure of Jamael helping me find a new flat for me and my partner. Took 4 days to find the flat, request a viewing, get the call back and then secure the flat. I work lots of nights in the hopsital and really appreciated Jamael checking this and only phoning in the afternoon when I'd have woken up! I've never had such an easy and stress free renting experience. The flat is also perfect, exactly what we wanted. Thank you!!

David and his team demonstrated a good knowledge of the local market which allowed them to provide a realistic but quite ambitious evaluation of the property. They were able to show the property to several clients within days of the instruction and we secured the asking price within a week. Furthermore David gave us excellent advice about documents and processes that we needed to put in place that ensured the exchange and completion went ahead smoothly. Highly recommended.

Everything started after a depressing morning of horrible viewings and deception... We walked into Foxtones and waited for our agent with no hope at all... and there he was! with a huge smile on his face, excited to show us a couple of flats, willing to know more about us and improve his offers. We finished late in the evening exhausted but happy! After a week of numerous phone calls, commuting and exhaustion we found our new home! Then continuing with the paperwork and liasing with the landlady we always found a prompt and efective response. Thank you Dinyo Dyankov for your positive energy, efectiveness and smile!

We recently let a flat through Jack Carmichael (at the Foxtons Battersea Office) and were incredibly impressed with both Jack, and the service from Foxtons in general. Jack was eager to understand our needs from the get-go, and from the initial meet and viewings, to the negotiations, signing and right through to the move-in process, he continued to keep in contact to make sure the process was a smooth one. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jack Carmichael and would be pleased to deal with him again in the future.

My property search was handled by Calvin from the Battersea office. From the start he was very proactive in finding properties to view and to really understand what it was i was looking for in a potential home. His knowledge of the area and the sales market was second to none and and it really helped me narrow down my search. He was always punctual and the communication was great around viewing times and follow ups. Overall had a very positive experience when looking for my first property.
