GoogleOur letting agent Sam was so incredibly patient and answered all of our questions so quickly at all hours. Sam helped us find several houses within our requirements before eventually helping us find the one! Couldn’t recommend Foxtons enough. Thank you so much Sam!

GoogleCatherine Lunn was extremely helpful. She spent a lot of time understanding what kind of property we were wanting and took us to multiple properties, patiently amending the places she showed us based on our changing requirements. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend her help when looking for somewhere to buy.

GoogleAdvise to stay clear, very stressful experience. Comments we left on our inventory check-in to report damage left unactioned - Property Manager probably didn't read them; plus we faced lots of unpleasant back-and-forth with our landlord on issues post-tenancy which I felt could've been avoided if foxtons just advised their landlords of proper procedures when renting (e.g. don't expect a professional clean if that wasn't the original condition). The real issues began once we left the flat. Unfortunately, the Property Manager left shortly after our tenancy ended, and despite multiple calls, emails and transfers to at least 3 different agents afterwards - we got no updates or useful info on when our deposit would be returned (about 10% was disputed which we knew would take a while to review with the deposits scheme, but we were told by the PM before he left that the undisputed 90% was on its way to us). We finally got through to someone helpful almost 2 months in, but by then, all they could tell us was that they released 100% of the deposit sum to the deposits scheme - so it was another 1.5 months before we saw a cent of it. If you're OK not having your undisputed deposit returned for 3.5 months, without a shred of proactive communication from your agent, by all means, go with foxtons.

GoogleDan Smith provided excellent service and I was able to secure a property outside of the UK! His communication skills were good and was willing to schedule a viewing of the property over the weekend as soon as we were in the country! Would definitely recommend using Foxtons again.

GoogleDISGUSTING!! Total negligence and deceitful behaviour - took over 20k in funds and now refuse to pick up my calls or respond. Have been requesting for their complains procedure for over 2 months

GoogleRecently rented a flat through the Foxtons Battersea office. We had a few issues that weren’t their fault prior to moving in and they sorted them efficiently before our move in date. Our agent, Dan Smith, was particularly helpful at short notice when we had issues with keys on our first few days. Would recommend!

GoogleI have been working with Foxtons for many years, they have managed my property as a rental and never let me down, the property was never empty and I always had great tenants. More recently working with David Law and Vicky Horseman they have successfully managed to market and sell the property and continue to go over and above their normal day to day helping me bring this to a successful close from abroad with a challenging time zone difference. I cannot thank them enough.

GoogleFoxtons were absolutely brilliant when I wanted to sell my house on Glycena Rd. David came round to value it. His knowledge of house prices and what is selling in the area was impressive. He was also very helpful suggesting ways of making the house more saleable. The email confirmations and replys were very quick and I cannot fault the service that they provided. They were very proactive and I recommend them to anyone. The service they provided was superb.

GoogleLooking for a new place was so stressful last time we tried. This time with Paulo from Foxtons in Battersea it was an absolute breeze. He was very professional but fun and friendly and understood all our needs. When we found a place that we loved, we went straight back to the office where the manager Beatrice continued the excellent service. She had an answer on our offer within minuets!
