Google5 months on and they FOXTONs Battersea still havent fixed the items they advised me would be fixed prior to moving in. AVOID - GO ELSEWHERE.

GoogleI begrudge paying the 2.5% plus VAT fee, but have always ended up using Foxtons because they deliver, and get prices that more than account for the 1% differential in fee. And the Foxtons Lavender Hill branch have just delivered again for me - getting a buyer within 4 weeks of my flat being on the market, and helping me negotiate a good price on the house I wanted to buy. Top marks.

GoogleWe contacted Foxton several months ago and Javier Montero was always very attentive. From the first moment he adapted to our availability, even on Saturdays or late in the afternoon for visits. He took us in his car and explained to us the different rental contracts in London. We recommend it without a doubt.

Buying my property had quite a few bumps in the road, but Mimi smoothed these all out in such a calming, professional and charming way that I couldn't praise her more. Her manager David was also very quick to answer the phone and help me with anything further.

GoogleAbsolutely useless from start to finish. From being hounded to increase our offer before moving in, to lies on the cleanliness of the property on move out, Foxtons were a joke to deal.

GoogleWorst company I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Extremely disorganised, manipulative and unfaithful. As a renter, they did everything possible to make my experience as terrible as possible, and would constantly blame the landlord despite being in direct contact with him and knowing the truth. No respect for the landlord that hired them, or the tenants subjected to their bottom quality customer service. Would not recommend to my worst enemies

GoogleWe predominantly worked with Tasmin who was excellent - proactive, diligent and had potential buyers lined up to view our property within a couple of days. Only reason they are not 5* is I don't have the same confidence in all their team and they are one of the more expensive options in the market.
