David and Nam were brilliant. We tried to sell through PurpleBricks - that was a complete waste of time and we got barely any viewings. We then tried through another estate agent that was cheaper than Foxtons - that was a waste of time too. Finally we went with Foxtons and they sold our flat within a week of being online. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. From the point the sale was agreed they were responsive and helpful. Really great service

We wanted to see flats. Once the agent did not arrive , the other day we saw one flat instead of two. They did not showed us any property which is suitable to buy but they solicitors are calling all the time. The same phone calls regarding our current property which they want to sell ( but we are not selling and never mentioned that) Terrible services overall.

In what has been a stressful search for my partner and I Malika has truly been absolutely amazing. She was extremely professional and took a lot of the anxiety out of the process by always being available to answer questions and keeping in touch with us on potential new units even after the first couple of offers hadn't gone our way. Across the dozen or so agents I had been in touch with in this period I had by far the best experience with Malika who really took the time to go above and beyond in understanding our needs and delivering on them. I'm very happy with the result- we just signed a lease yesterday in a fantastic unit much lower than the asking price with Malika's help and I will definitely be enlisting her services again the next time I move.

We had a rocky road with a previous (cheaper) agent who agreed a long and protracted sale that never realised. Foxtons were so much more professional. There was clear communication throughout both during marketing and viewing and throughout the post agreement process. Both Chris Venter (sales manager) and Lewis Campbell (senior negotiator) were always on hand to answer queries You get what you pay for and I would highly recommend Foxtons. We would go to Foxtons first if we had to do it again.

Ana Amez is a first class agent. She understood exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste time sending me to unsuitable properties. In fact she drove me around in her car - which was very helpful as I didn't know the area. She suggested one flat that I hadn't even considered and we ended up buying it. She was very nice to deal with and patient when we wanted to go back with builders, surveyors, etc. I have to say, if we were buying or selling in the near future, Ana would be my first port of call.

At the first visit of the flat, we basically visited a completely differently furnished apartment than the one we would later move in to. We were told a lot of lies: That everything would stay inside, just the way it was. We signed the contract, paid everything and a few days later received an "updated" contract. When I asked what it means, the letting agent assured me that bed sheets etc. wouldn't be inside this furnished apartment, but everything else would stay just as we saw it. When we moved into the apartment 2 weeks later, we were shocked to find that all the furniture had been replaced by the cheapest possible, not matching sort and all the electric devices had been removed, too. We have complained about this but didn't receive an answer. Just the demand to send pictures (which we did) and that's it. We basically pay the full rent for an apartment now that looks nothing like the one we had visited and agreed on and are bound to do so for 17 months. So I would most definitely never recommend Foxton's to anyone.
