Foxtons London reviews

Buying a house is a painful process and when I was contacted by someone from Foxtons after I expressed interest in a property I saw on right-move, I had deep reservations (given some of the negative press I've read about Foxtons). However, Lewis Campbell was an absolute delight to work with. From the beginning of our search he was great. He showed us some great properties (far better than others we were shown by other agents) and when we settled on the place we wanted, he was instrumental in helping us close the deal in a timely manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home. Thanks Lewis!

I would give zero stars if that was possible. There were too many agents involved with my process and no relay of information among them. Had me repeat the process multiple times. There is no coordination with their external organisation for referencing and requested the same details multiple times and prolonged the process by weeks. Very disappointed.

After a very long drawn out year with a very shaky start, we had a strong finish! Eleanor took over, after the previous sale fell through and she was absolutely amazing, very proactive and always so positive. Thank you Eleanor for all your support in this incredibly frustrating process, we finally made it to the end!

Joao, Jennifer and Morgan assisted with finding tenants for the property, we decided to only use Ludlow after the initial meeting as Joao was professional, prepared and I was confident in their ability to find decent tenants. As a new landlord, there were many questions and concerns which were all addressed promptly. The whole process was quite quick, starting from photography, listing, viewings, acceptance and contract signing. Jennifer and Morgan worked well together when showing potential tenants around the property. Overall, really satisfied with the letting service and would continue to work with Ludlow and their lettings team in the future.

Was searching for a flat for a while with multiple estate agents and agencies, but Foxtons consistently had high-quality properties and great agents. One in particular, Jack, was always happy to answer my questions and was energetic in finding a flat that suited my picky taste! Out of the 40+ viewings I went to, and dozens upon dozens of people I spoke to, he was always lovely and it was really reassuring to have someone in my corner, getting viewings on sought-after flats and putting in compeitive offers. He was a legend and made the whole process so much easier and less daunting. I wish him and the team all the best!

Imaan Ajmal has been an absolute superstar in helping me with my home purchase. I can't thank her enough for all the hard work she's put in day in and day out for months. It hasn't been an easy ride, with the landlord and solicitors making things tricky, but Imaan never gave up and kept pushing forward. She's been so proactive and resourceful, tackling every challenge that came our way. She knew exactly how to handle each situation, and I always felt like I was in good hands.

currently on day 3 or 4 trying to get a response from an letting agent from westminster or london bridge, having a hard time understanding if the problem is understaffing or pure negligence, either way i find the customer service and overall operations to be inefficient and inconvenient. what is the point of allowing clients to book a viewing online and there's no confirmation email or call? what is the point of calling if they are going to redirect you to an imaginary person?

I had a brilliant experience working with Lulu. She was very professional and consistently kept in touch with me over multiple weeks to show me what properties were available. She was also very accommodating and understanding of my rental needs unlike agents from other agencies who can be very pushy.

Beni is an expert real estate broker. He gives us a warm, friendly as well as sincere impression the first time we saw him. He is always patient to listen to our questions and explain every detail on the technical terms of buying flat like EWS1, short lease hold and so on by using concise and clear spoken English to ease our understanding. Acting as a new buyer in London, we have little knowledge about the London flat and house, thus we have worries on the hidden construction problems that lie ahead. To our surprise, we feel comfortable every time after listening to his analysis. In the future, if our friends want to buy a flat, we will not hesitate to introduce Beni to them. Once again, we’ll make use of this opportunity to thank Beni for his excellent services.

Was purchasing my first property with Foxtons and was fortunate to have Dominika facilitating the purchase. Despite both parties being in different countries, she was extremely responsive and made sure things moved as quickly as possible, always keeping me updated with how things were going.

Popped in one day on my way to Tesco, just because I was curious about a property. Eleanor was there to greet and assist us. She was very professional and well-informed about the property. We had a chance to view the property right then and there and ended up putting on offer on it. Eleanor has since gone above and beyond in making sure that everything went smoothly. Couldn’t recommend this agency enough.

Both Eleanor and Gabor have been fantastic. Gabor world class in terms of valuation and sales and Eleanor superb in terms of sheer professionalism, attention to detail and engagement throughout the sale process. They make Foxtons’s competitors look like amateurs.

Finding the flat was a good process - but the moving out process has been horrible! Our case got handed over to different agents; they are incredibly slow to respond, attempting to really scrounge up every last penny they can get from us and you can call 3 different numbers of our agent and you still won't get through! Isn't that lovely.
