GoogleRight from the off Ben and David at Foxton's LB were extremely professional and I cannot fault drive and can-do approach in getting the transaction across the line. Timing is everything. Both are an asset to Foxton's Sales, and I hope they go onto greater success, as they deserve it!! They also recommended Healy's Law Firm which also proved first class. GoogleIt was a long journey in a tricky market - thanks to Liz Truss - but the perseverance of the Foxton's staff got us there in the end. Team leader David Ernoult's approach gave us confidence and salesperson Imaan went the extra mile to get the sale for us in the end (offer on Christmas Eve!) Other Foxton's staff were also positive and enthusiastic. Thanks again guys - a good job done!

GoogleWe're finally in our new home and we can't thank Jacob enough! He's been absolutely great throughout our search from offer to completion. Not at all pushy or overselling when showing us round places, available for extra viewings, communicative and acting as that important go between in the final weeks to try and get things over the line, always going above and beyond; a genuinely nice and extremely competent person! Highly recommend.

GoogleGabor Szucsik at Foxtons helped us find our property as first time buyers. We spent weeks looking at numerous properties with various different agents, but Gabor was the only one to actually listen to our requirements and took the opportunity to drive us round and show us multiple places in one evening. He even offered to drive us home after which was very sweet! Throughout the whole buying process, he has been so helpful, replying to emails in literally minutes and following up with phone calls. He's also been instrumental in chasing our solicitors and the seller's solicitors which has been a great help. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, he was straight on the phone to them/emailed them to get an answer. We needed a document signing urgently and Gabor drove round to the sellers' property, got them to sign, and then posted the document straight away for us. He made us feel like we were his only/most important client. He is a credit to Foxtons and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, Gabor!

GoogleAs a first time renter, it’s been an absolute headache to navigate the renting process, especially having started from abroad. Luke, however, was brilliant. He explained to me on the first day everything I needed to know, while being very honest at the same time. He gave me options and looked for something I might like, even with the lack of properties available. While other real estate agents failed to return my calls or flat out had nothing for me, Luke was always incredibly responsive and professional. Even after moving in, Luke has continued to personally look into certain issues that have popped up. GoogleI had a great experience with FOXTONS selling my flat. Ben Larrad was extremely helpful, persistence and always went that extra mile to make sure our transaction stayed on track. We came across a lot of difficulties throughout the transaction but Ben remained steadfast in his determination to see the deal through and I can say we wouldn’t have exchanged without his help. I would definitely use again.

GoogleI have been in contact with Naz from Foxtons and my experience Is very positive. Naz is very professional, followed up on time and as agreed upon and most importantly, very responsive. We found our apartment in a day and Naz was more than willing to assist us with all our questions. Overall, we are satisfied.

GoogleI rarely write reviews, but the experience I had with Foxtons was so worth it from start to finish that I've got a give them five stars, they were literally working outside of office hours to get the job done, big thanks to Raj, Thomas and Harvey for putting in the work. I'm getting back to my queries by WhatsApp really quickly, 100% definitely would recommend them.

GoogleMy son moved onto a property managed by Foxtons today and it was really disappointing to move somewhere full of last tenants old junk. The only cupboard in hall full of old mats, old bath mat, well used broken foot spa, broken bins and lots more etc so no room for any of their things, vacuum not emptied, shower unusable, dismantled large wardrobe in dining area and broken lamps left. Before move in the inventory stated that it included all kitchen equipment so they didn’t bring very much so not to overcrowd the small kitchen but in reality it was mainly a mishmash of what had been left by previous tenants and not in fit state to be used and will need to be taken away. In the meantime, they take up room in a tiny kitchen. Also we couldn’t get the hot water to work and the shower isn’t useable, and couldn’t get hold of anyone. New kettle and toaster should be provided considering rent paid. However on the plus side, it was generally clean, especially the kitchen with just a few hours needed to wipe marks off walls etc, they certainly will not have to worry too much regarding carpets or walls when there and once all the old tenants stuff is removed and we get the hot water working and mended shower, it will be a lovely flat. Amended to 4 star as the property management team since moved in have been good and tried to solve issues.
