We worked with Gabor on our first time house purchase and he has been very helpful, responsive and professional throughout the whole process - from price negotiation to advising on next steps, coordinating solicitors (which has been particularly challenging) and eventually getting both sides to completion within a reasonable timeframe. 5/5.

GoogleAbsolutely awful !! Left chasing my deposit after leaving the property nearly a month ago leaving me £1300 out of pocket in the cost of living crisis. This has destroyed my mental health and lead to me racking up debt despite the fact I was told the deposit would be returned in 10 days of check out. NO COMMUNICATION I’ve had to chase constantly. They will have multiple viewings while you’re still living in the property we had upwards of 12 a day meaning we couldn’t be in the property most of the time for the final month and they even had a sofa delivered for the new tenants 2 weeks before we moved out !!! On top of that we had tap problems meaning we couldn’t shower and mould problems which again we had to chase to get resolved with no help from the agency. Thought renting from an agency offered protection to the tenant but it seems all they care about is the landlord. AVOID.

GoogleSigned with this agency around 3 months ago. Experience with the house I’m letting has been an absolutely diabolical. You receive a response every 10 days ( if not longer). We were asked to fill out a report to disclose any issues with the property at the start which included key issues, tv issues, washing machine issues and pest control. After living here for 3 months we still have had nothing sorted. Our front door is no longer accessible as it will not unlock and we have had an ongoing moth issue in our carpets resulting in us tenants having moth bites. No matter how many times you email in urgency nothing is sorted. I cannot stress how unhelpful anyone from property management is and the lack of concern they here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

GoogleHorrible quality service, we are waiting for our windows to be replaced for the last 5 months and nothing gets done. Their engineering teams are unprofessional, electricians come to your house without any idea what they need to do and how to check your meters even. Will never rent a property via this agency, landlords - also please avoid. As it will really make your tenants unhappy.NegativeQuality

GoogleI wasn't keen on buying from Foxtons - a bit hard sell - but they had the flat I was interested in. I got lucky though. The agent was Imaan - smart, kind, helpful and efficient. She went the extra distance and was trustworthy and honest. She replied to message quickly and did what she said she would do. She was also flexible with her time. She is a lovely, competent and reliable estate agent. Foxtons is lucky to have her.

GoogleWe used Foxtons at a time we were looking for appartments in London. The offices were really modern, the staff was attentive (we got a warm cup of coffee on a cold evening which was very appreciated!) Malika's service as a host was amazing! She was super attentive both on the phone and in person. When showing us the properties she was helpful with all the tips on the area and on the property! Would recommend them if you are on a home hunting! :)

GoogleAbsolutely awful. They hid major issues with the property before we signed, and since moving in, they’ve been ignoring our repeated requests for help. We’ve been left to live in precarious conditions with no support, answers or practical solutions from the agency. This company is untrustworthy and completely unresponsive. Honest advice: avoid at all costs.

GoogleKristina Simnova took me to quite a few flats and was committed to help, despite the late visits. She was very helpful and patient with me. I was running several searches in parallel and didn't end up renting via Foxtons but there was definitely a good selection there and Kristina made the otherwise painful flat hunt process easier.
