GoogleNot professional at all. Poor handling of communication between the landlord and potential tenants. They will give you false hope just to keep you interested in the property instead of telling the actual status. They failed to fulfil their promise of giving me an update by a specific time and they disappeared for a full day. I had to chase them for a reply multiple times on every possible way of communication (email, text, work phone, personal phone) without getting any response. Honestly, I wouldn't have minded any kind of update even if it was negative, but total silence isn't acceptable.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMy wife and I had our renting process conducted by this company. Before signing the contract we asked the Lettings Negotiator if we could have a dog in the future. Their reply was that it would be ok under arrangement. Based on this information we rented the flat. 4 months after that we are having to move because the landlord will not accept any kind of pets. On top of that, we are having to bear the process and all the costs of changing the contract to other tenants without any help from the agency. If you have the chance of negotiating with any other agency than this one I strongly advise you to do that.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWas shown round some new flats with a very friendly member of stuff Luke. The flats were nice but ultimately out of my price range, I would return to Foxtons though due to the friendly nature of the staff, Luke had answers to all of the questions I was asking about the flats (sorry for so many!) and was very patient with me! Hopefully I can find a flat soon...

GoogleGabor Szucsik understood what I was looking for in my flat purchase very quickly (after only one-or-two viewings) therefore was extremely focussed in the properties he referred to me. This resulted in us finding two suitable flats in less than a month - the first, we couldn't agree the price, the second will be my first flat! Once we had found the flat, he was very helpful in guiding me through the next stages, and remained heavily involved throughout the purchase process - dealing with both my and the sellers' solicitors - to ensure we got the sale through. GoogleThe property managent is absolute disaster. I’m unable to contact the property manager for a month. He never returns my calls, does not respond on emails and his phone is constantly on voicemail.

I have visited flats with the help from more than 5 agents before. She is the only one who has printed out the poster for the places so that we could have a look at them even after we come back home.
