GoogleEven though we are still looking for a property to buy, so far we are very pleased with the service provided, especially from Jacob Murray. He is very friendly, patient, proactive and also very helpful and professional. We are sure he will help us to find the right property soon.

GooglePushy, Snotty, Expensive and Pestering. We let a property in Bermondsey and got a cold call from the local branch of Foxtons yesterday saying they noticed our property was up for letting. It isn't, it is another apartment in the same block. I had to put the telephone down in the end. The guy was trying to get our business but their was no business to be had!! Oh, and their fees are really high!

Joao then helped us with our offer and gave us great advice about the offer to make. He then got in touch with the landlord to help secure the offer. Big shout out to them both!

They are both extremely kind and helpful, updating me on every step of the process, providing great advice and helpful information, especially when it came to putting in offers & discussing the tenancy agreements etc. I would absolutely recommend them!

GoogleWhat terrible service. Staff dont listen to your needs, dont respond to calls and emails and they have not delivered on any of the deadlines THEY set. A really dissatisfied customer here that will simply go elsewhere. I would not waste my time with Foxtons.... they want to sell you any property, even if it doesn't meet any of your needs.. It's amazing how poor my experience was...

GoogleSkye and Kern are really amazing. I enjoyed speaking to both of them on the phone about a property my flatmate and I were looking to move into. They were both very professional and patient. Skye showed us around one of the apartments and she was excellent at communicating to us about the property. She is a great agent.

GoogleMy agent, Kerl, was incredibly professional and helpful. He was also very nice and honest, not "pushy" like a lot of agents. It was simply a pleasure to work with him. We would definitely go with the apartment Kerl showed us, if not a change of our plans. When we return to search for the apartment in London, Kerl will be the one we will contact.
