GoogleHad a great experience with Emily Healy. Throughout my time looking for a place to rent, Emily was always available and friendly in helping me find a property. Would highly recommend using Foxtons, and Emily, in your search for a property!

GoogleSpoken this morning to Chris in the lettings team who was a very rude individual. I was asking about when we need to let Foxtons know about our renewal and he responded with a snappy "now". Another time when this team continue to be rude, aggravating and constantly wanting money to complete nothing. £100 to change a date which is a ctrl,F replace does not cost £100. Then saying that cost was to secure the deposit, which is held in a free government scheme. So much for Christmas cheer!

GoogleI dealt with Harry and Gareth to sell my property. Foxtons are punchy on pricing but they are reactive and generally fast moving. Occasionally I felt that I had to push a little hard to get the outcome that I wanted - but overall the experience was good and I'd buy/sell/rent again through Foxtons.

He frequently updated me on new properties on the market, and when I was unable to view them due to work commitments who would send me video's of the apartments. He was always easy to get in contact with, extremely professional and listened to all our requirements. He really deserves 5 stars!

GoogleUnfortunately, I received a really unprofessional service when buying my first flat. I was given incorrect information on several occasions, which caused delays, and I then felt blamed for the hold-ups. I wouldn't recommend Foxtons to a friend.

GoogleVery good customer services especially from Andreea Isaroiu. We had 3 weeks until we needed to move flats and although foxtons usually get their listings at least 2 months in advance Andreea found and took me on a drive around of 3 different flats that the fitted the criteria I gave her over the phone. She was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Would definitely contact her/foxtons again if I needed in the future. A very useful service to provide and not something that was offered by the other 4 letting agencies I had signed up to in London. Thankyou :)

GoogleI would have given it one star if it's not for Konrad who's been brilliant in dealing with our initial rental moving in. However, the exit process has been chaotic, electricians, cleaners organised without our knowledge. The agent hasn't been responsive on exit report and deposit release. No visibility of exit report one week after we have finished tenancy, so considerable deposit held when at a time we are tight on cashflow due to recent purchase of a property. I would not recommend it.

GoogleWe rented a property through Foxtons and since then have had many wear and tear issues and they have not replied in a timely manner. One of them being when the neighbour made renovations in their bathroom and a small leak occurred which caused mold in one of the bedrooms, we reported this to the neighbour and the agency and the agency said they would try help facilitate something. Since then (about 4 weeks ago) they have not responded to any of my emails, requests for the property agent to contact me and maintenance requests on the foxtons portal. If I had a property I would not trust Foxtons with the maintenance of my house, and I will not rent a house that is being let by Foxtons ever again.
