GoogleWithout doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. They promise you the world to get you in to the flat and then the customer service afterwards is horrific. Their property management team are rude and incompetent. Avoid at all costs! You will regret using Foxtons. I would give no stars if I could.

GoogleThe price at which these agents will list a property is absolutely shocking. It will be half the size of a comparable and half the quality, but they’ll keep a straight face and tell you the price should be the same. It’s so bad that we don’t even bother with Foxtons any more as it’s simply a waste of time.

It’s quite tough to find a place in London at the moment, but Domenico suggested a viewing, met up with me an hour later, and got the initial process sorted all on the same day. GoogleShocking service from property management at Foxtons. We have been under the care of Emily Harbinson who ignores our emails, phone calls, voicemails and takes weeks to respond to the issues with the property. We are still waiting for several issues to get sorted out and it’s almost impossible to get help from anyone from the management team. Very frustrating service.

GoogleAgents are tenacious and persistent at finding a property. However, I made the mistake of committing to a property that was not vacant. The previous tenants/landlords had not looked after the place. I was promised that this was a property landlord and that everything would be done to get the place up to standard before moving in. Foxton’s viewed the property and actually rated it satisfactory, however the official inventory was far less supportive of that position. Once moved in, getting the repairs done was a constant struggle. I will never rent a property again that is not vacant and already returned around to letting condition.

GoogleAlthough I found the apartment to rent myself (through Rightmove), Foxtons did a good job so far. Very precise and clear when it comes to meetings and documents, and not pushy. Professional cleaning of the apartment and detailed inventory check before our move-in are most useful things. My agent - Agnieszka Gleba - put a lot of effort into securing this deal for me. She also tried her best to show me other options that could suit my bill, and was very helpful and flexible when it came to loads of paperwork I had to provide. One problem I can pinpoint so far is signing of the Tenancy Agreement. Why can't all parties' signatures be merged together in one copy? When I needed a printed copy of the Agreement, I got three paper copies signed by one party each. Come on Foxtons, save paper and update your software!

Google10 STARS for Aggie. Her customer service is impeccable. To her its not just a job, she really puts her heart into it. She paid great attention to every little detail and made sure she got the perfect home for us. More so, she was very patient with us considering that other agencies were not happy for me to bring 11 month old twins to the viewings, but she was more than happy to help out, while getting the job done. The service I received was truly amazing, I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks again :)
