GoogleAlex B was great. Very responsive and attentive and most importantly helped us to secure a property whilst we were overseas, making are transition to London more smoother. He arranged a video tour of the property in a timely manner and was able to accommodate our different time zones and different overseas reference documents that didnβt exactly match the standard reference documents one is able to provide if you live in the UK.

Googlepoor customer service, I have been interested in a place and two agents only spoke to me once about it and never got back to me. Been nearly two weeks now since I tried to chase them up. Really not happy with this. Lack of communication and terrible service.

GoogleAs a tenant, I found them respectful and efficient in re-letting the property; our preferences around time slots for viewings were respected without pressure. As a result we were more inclined to let them view when they wanted. No issues.

GoogleIf you have a disability avoid foxtons they lie and they bully and take full advantage of you they brake laws and when you complain they just laugh and blank you. I would avoid at all cost
