GoogleShaun was super helpful in finding me a new property. He showed me around properties which weren't even online yet, helped me to secure a great place really quickly, at a fair price, and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend!

Google*EDIT 2* Answer to the answer of my edit, no one has been in touch and I have been trying to get ahold of my property manager Stephanie and she has not replied to emails or calls *EDIT* It has now been two years and it is such a shame I have to update this review, Konrad did an amazing job when we first needed a place but the property management department is an absolute disaster. We have been basically forced to move out early because since November we have been living with black mould and the property manager has done absolutely nothing to fix it, excuses on top of excuses, sending contractors every once in a while to make us stop complaining but none of them has ever come back to do any work. I have been trying to get in contact with my property manager to discuss the move out but she doesn’t answer calls or emails and is always not in office or too busy, this has been going on for a long time. Konrad recently has helped me and my partner find a new home. From the start he was super professional and understood immediately what we were looking for. We went through the whole process and decided to go for the house and he made the whole process extremely easy and stress free for us. If you are looking for a house definitely go to foxtons and speak to him. We are very grateful for everything he is done for us!

We have spoken to our Property Management team, and we are aware that the delay was due to the Landlord waiting for his engineer to attend before proceeding. GoogleWhat a delightful team to deal with. Especially James Brodnicki in sales. He was extremely helpful right from the viewing stage and all the way through until the completion, he’s positive, energetic and extremely helpful. Whenever we had a question to ask and regardless whether it was over the weekend, during his day off or late in the evening he would always come back to you and would try to assist you. GoogleI used Foxtons and more specifically Mohammed Raja, in search for a new one bed. Not only am I very pleased with my new place but Mohammed was ever so supportive, tremendously positive and trustworthy all the way through the process, even at times when I was hard to reach in terms of communication and on the verge of looking elsewhere. Would truly recommend using Foxtons and specifically Mohammed, he really went out of his way to show me various different options (outside his area too)! And made sure that I secured the property when I decided to put in an offer. Excellent.!

GoogleI was dubious about using Foxtons as their costs are dramatically higher than many smaller competitors in the area. However after being with a useless competitor for 6 months, and several last minute cancelled viewings which I was rarely told about, I had had enough so took the plunge and instructed Foxtons. I have to say it was a wise investment on my part. Cameron found me a great buyer after only 1 viewing in only 2 weeks that they had it for. The sale of my property as a whole was a horrendous affair. I went cheap with my solicitors and paid the price. Cameron was diligent and helpful, always going above and beyond. Keeping myself and the buyer in the picture all the way. I'm confident that without him, I either would have lost the sale or still be fighting with the solicitors. Thanks Cameron, you were a great help!!

GoogleI had really good experience with Foxtons! They have great customer service. Konrad is very helpful, has excellent knowledge about the current market. Positive attitude and individual approach to each customer are his strong point. If you need advice related with renting etc I can highly recommend this guy!

GoogleWorst company ever. We lived here for 6 months and the only thing they have fixed so far is a light bulb. Washing machine still broken, kitchen extractor broken and even the air vents don't work?! For 6 months they have been saying that they are 'awaiting a reply from our landlord' .. they just collect rent and have zero interest in actually helping you with problems. Even 1 star is too many.

GoogleUnfortunately a bad experience! Really not pleased about how they approach their customers and keep them on the line. Hannah and Amy are nice people, but customer service is not something that they have. If you go over the asking price and they still call the others to increase their bid, it is not a very professional way to operate. We can only come to the conclusion that they are time wasters!

And unfortunately as is the case, all interested parties were not told what the others were putting forward. It was a sealed bids situation, we are sorry it didn't work out on this occasion.

GoogleRoberta was brilliant. She worked hard to marketing my flat and always gave prompt feedback after viewings. Once the sale was agreed, she ushered by sale through expertly and massively reduced the hassle of the sale process. She kept on top of both sets of solicitors, chased the managing agents etc, saving me a lot of time. She even offered to sort out a removals firm. I'd highly recommend using Foxtons
