I contacted Foxton over the phone, and after sharing my requirements with them, they provided such an abundance of excellent properties. They provided detailed information and captivating interior videos which helped me a great deal. My agent Vivian is very passionate and professional, and I want to thank her again as the house I ultimately chose was from one of those Vivian had recommended to me. I recently had the wonderful opportunity to have Konrad as an agent to secure a new flat admits these uncertain times. Despite not personally meeting him face to face, my brother had met with him. From how quick we were able to sort everything out to what my brother relayed back to me, Konrad was a genuine lad putting the customer first. Had a great experience at this branch. Had been looking for a place for a while and had avoided Foxton's because I thought they had a bad reputation. Honestly couldn't be further from the truth. I spoke to Konrad in the putney office and he made the whole process much easier than I had had with KFH. Did some viewings with Konrad and found a place fairly quickly. Great experience

I reported a leak and mould issue to Foxtons July 2024. It took many weeks for them to send a plumber. In October, they advised we could no longer use our shower as this was causing the leak and mould issue. It's now March 2025, there is black mould in every room of the apartment, growing daily, and a moth and fly infestation due to the mould and damp. We still can't use our shower. It's been nine months and nothing has been fixed. We're expected to live in these conditions indefinitely and we still have to pay high rent.

It's no surprise to me anymore, when I speak to people and say I had a bad experience with Foxtons - and their reaction is, "Oh my God so did I - avoid them like the plague". Foxtons made absolutely 0 effort to communicate to me after having put in several offers on properties they were listing. They did not even have the decency to let me know when a landlord had accepted another offer. Why would they, they made their money, who cares about tenants? In fact, after ensuring I had a break clause in an offer document, they *neglected to even pass the offer to the landlord*. I have it on good authority that lettings negotiators have financial incentive to get offers without break clauses accepted. Honestly, Foxtons self-serve. They'll seem lovely all up until the point another offer has been accepted on a property, and then you'll be ghosted harder than that girl on tinder ghosted you. Steer clear.

I couldn't recommend Shaun Walker highly enough! He is solely to thank for sourcing the property I have secured; it wasn't the one I'd enquired about but he thoroughly assessed my needs and requirements and proceeded to find me a property that suited me better than any I've sourced myself. He ensured that the whole process of securing the property ran smoothly from start to finish, remaining constantly in contact and available for questions whilst simultaneously not being intrusive in a way that I've found many estate agents can be! He's managed to get me a great deal on a beautiful flat and has been very accommodating with subsequent viewings and landlord liaison.
