Bad customer service and generally annoying in all respects. They try to get you to pay extra for everything and don't explain things in their email. I got an email meant for someone else as well. Wouldn't recommend.

GoogleMy SPOC here was Shamila Daley. She’s one of the few people who I found genuinely cares about the clients needs and wishes. She was with us every step of the way, guiding And supporting us in every way possible. Being completely new to the city we were quite unaware of the processes and geography. Shamila took extra effort in making us feel welcome to the city and even offered to lend a hand in helping us move-in herself. It’s definitely rare to find someone so professional and yet caring to absolute strangers. Kudos to her and Foxtons! I will only be trusting them for all my real estate related needs and queries. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. Rented a flat in London, two WCs in non workable conditions, leaks from above, mold in walls, no hot water (boiler out of service) and few months later things are yet to be sorted out. A complete disaster, with cluess maintenance contractors.

I liked the immediate response and the availability of the representative to do viewings any day of the week.I did not like the fact that he was insisting on information given that were not given, and on the way the rep treated my solicitor and the obsession to get between solicitors and to advise them how to do their job. The brochures send out to me had nothing to do with the apartment I was interested to buy.

Foxtons are a great agent to work with, extremely thorough and super friendly. I had Izzy Moore who really helped on emails and calls to arrange valuations and point me in the right direction. Her senior Mohammed Al-Amin who did my property valuation was really friendly and helped me understand a few processed better. All in all, highly recommend!

We approached Foxtons because we found an interesting (small) flat in Marylebone on their website. From the first contact per email to the first viewing to clarifying initial questions with the seller and through to the exchange of contracts, it was really an extremely pleasant experience. Questions very clarified quickly, viewings were arranged very flexible, and all the time is was a very friendly and professional atmosphere, and at no stage pushy or uncomfortable. Could not have been better.

Straight-up refused to show me around a property because it had an offer on it. Not 'Offer Accepted', not 'Under Contract', someone had just made an offer and Foxtons refused me a viewing. Likely cost the seller a better offer and more money as I was incredibly keen on the property and would have outbid the initial offer.
We're really sorry to hear this, having looked into the situation and spoken to the team involved, we believe there may have been some miscommunication, however we have taken your feedback on board in order to improve our services going forward.

After a rocky start when Foxtons bought the lettings agent I had used since 2008, things are looking up. The last letting was brilliantly handled by Victoria Lear and my new property manager, Serena Oram, has shown herself to be helpful and friendly. She also answers all emails, which is a prerequisite for a good working relationship.

Foxtons have managed our properties for sometime, Aga Witkowska has proved to be an excellent Property Manager. She is professional and helpful. Recently we have experienced some difficult and challenging issues with tenants and contractors. She kept us updated at all times and responded promptly. She puts extra effort into looking after both landlord and tenant, she is a pleasure to work with.
