I wouldn’t suggest any body to sign up with Foxtons because you’re going to regret it.They are the worst estate agents ever, actually calling them estate agents is a compliment I would called the a gang of thieves that will find excuses and more excuses to deduct a questionable amount of money from your deposit because that’s what thieves do.

Very condescending staff who treat the customer as stupid. All communications are for Foxtons benefit and in the end you feel cheated. Avoid their services and look elsewhere.

GoogleNot much help from this agency, I was in a process of renting a property and the lady that worked there told me that the offer was accepted after sending all our documents and that the property was ‘mine’ however 3 days after, after chasing them every day for updates . She then told me that someone else got the house with out any explanation. Waste of time

I put my house on with foxtons on the 1st of September after they said they would have lots of people wanting to view my house but after 40 days they did not have one viewing it took 20 days to get a photographer to photograph my property and then they only took two photos of the outside to try to contact anyone was just as bad I will not be recommending foxtons to anyone

I have been chasing Foxtons for my deposit back since I left in August. The landlord has been very supportive and has cleared everything however foxtons has not been replying me on when the the due money will be refunded. Very unprofessional behaviour

On Friday i received the most efficient service from Roi in resolving a long time issue i’ve had with my current tenants! He talked me through all of my options as a landlord, and explained everything I needed in detail. I have not had the best experience with Foxtons however Roi restored my faith in working with the company again. Would trust him to manage my future tenancies for sure! Excellent service from Roi Sulce!

This agent Antonio faria works with foxtons I had a an appointment on 28th april at 12:00 with him for a house and I already confirmed my call with him and he didn't even come when I got to the house to see it and in the email he didn't even say to confirm the appointment when already confirmed by phone call and antonio didn't even turn up .
