GoogleWorst experience ever. I had to view a house with this lady called Sophie McCracken. She said we will meet in the front of the estate agency Foxtons to view a house together. When I arrived there, her colleagues told me that she mess up her rota and she is not working and is her day off. So unprofessional Sophie McCracken. 0 star- not even one star for you.

GoogleI’ve always been abit hesitant to do business with Foxstons due to its high percentage but after meeting with the agent at Foxstons I have changed my mind. Saad took out he’s time to speak to me and explain everything in details. He was very funny and made me feel so welcomed into the Foxstons family. My future business will now only be with Foxstons . Thank you saad.

GoogleMy property agent was Adrian, who is amazing! He was extremely helpful & supportive throughout our search process. Although I finalised another property which was not under Foxtons but my overall experience with Adrian & Foxtons as an agency was superb! They arrange several viewings in one day/evening matching your criteria that it saves so much time and is really helpful! Truly recommend Foxtons & if possible do ask for Adrian!

TrustpilotGreat agents who make a difference
Amanda was great finding us a quality place in a very busy market. She has taken so much of the complexity out of an international move and make it smooth.

GoogleI have used this branch to buy (2014) and sell (2021) as sole agent for my property, and have always been pleased with the service I received. As both buyer and seller, they were always checking in and making sure that the process was moving along, keeping in touch with the lawyers and buyers and sellers at the other end. Their knowledge of the market is excellent, and importantly, they are always honest and realistic. I always felt like they were working to get the best possible result for me.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

TrustpilotA lesson in persistence!
I will like to compliment both Oshae and Simrat on their professionalism and attention to detail in securing my business. I will like to particularly draw attention to and commend Simrat's lesson in persistence to gain an appointment. The Foxton team have worked quickly and seamlessly to commence the marketing of my property. So far so great!!

GoogleAs a landlord I would not recommend working with Foxtons Stratford. The service is slow and unprofessional. The Fee structure is significantly higher than comparable agents in the area who provide better service.

TrustpilotSave Yourself the Stress, Avoid Foxtons for Short Lets
I rented a 3-month short let in London NW8 through Foxtons from abroad, trusting a big-name agency for a more reliable experience than Airbnb. Big mistake. I should have stuck with Airbnb.

TrustpilotAvoid like a plague
They have the worst possibleCustomer service. Our property manager constantly ignores us or is even rude to us.We tried complaining to the agency, and instead of replying to us? They actually forwarded our complaint to her and we got another rude and defensive response. Disgusting
