Foxtons helped to secure the right accomodation in London for our family while we were still out of the UK.Sara Reiad, the lettings negotiator was particularly efficient and effective in managing the entire process from our first contact all through to move in. She took her time to understand our needs and only shared properties that could meet same; she provided advice in respect of making an offer sharing current market realities with us timely. She sought to create a win-win scenario for both parties and even braved the cold to provide a pseudo live viewing in the night just to satisfy our concern and curiosity.At a point when we felt pressure and that the negotiation was biased in favour of the landlord, she wasn't defensive but rather she and her manager, Nia explained the challenges, providing insight to the landlord's point of view.When we finally arrived, viewed the apartment in person and moved in, we were grateful that everything and everyone (landlord inclusive) was as expected. It was truly a professional, pleasant and stress free process. A big well done to Sara!

GoogleThe best Estate Agency I have experienced in London. They are always ready with new renting trends, for example with the "zero deposit" initiative. Bhaarat at the Stratford branch was really helpful and patient. Really sorry not to have found the right house for my family with them. I do recommend the Foxtons Agency to be supported in the stressful house hunting adventure!

Foxtons are the top high street agent. They will earn you money, provide an online account with all your important information in useful sections, if you need rent insurance too, staff who are professional and like celebrities. They are too good not to try them. I even got offered a ride in their advert car. What’s not to like? I now use my own check a trade handyman to get work done quick and at a more affordable price.

Terrible property management. No correspondence between themselves, contractors or tenants. We have had a broken boiler for only 10 days and this may be ongoing for another week. They have faffed around giving us estimations of when people may visit despite us calling repeatedly. We understand it is winter and a busy time for broken boilers etc, we in no way blame the contractors for the lack of communication at foxtons. They have been extremely patronising in these circumstances. We have not been able to bathe, clean our clothes or dishes or heat the house. It is so embarrassing and uncomfortable to live here and extremely demeaning.

Absolutely horrendous service from the Property Manager. Insanely unresponsive and rude, taking months to respond to simple issues that could be resolved in days. No one ever answers or helps with escalating the issue. At this point considering breaking the tenancy early just to end this horrible experience

The worst renting experience i've ever encountered. I would not rent another apartment managed by Foxtons. Bad communication, incompetent agents, horrible customer service.Took weeks to fix major issues found in a property, and required constant nagging.

From a tenant perspective this is one of the worst agencies in the UK. They pushed the move in date by 2 weeks after the contract was signed because previous tenants decided not to move out earlier. When we finally moved in there were couple of minor issues in the flat that they said will be fixed within the next few days. It has been more than 6 months, and none of these issues are fixed. During summer we had a pipe leak, after which we couldn't regulate shower temperature for 2 months. We still have our heating control broken. Foxtons fully manages our flat, but the only thing they can do, is to ask you to submit a maintenance issue on their portal, and nothing is done. I would never choose a flat managed by Foxtons ever again.
