TrustpilotCourtnee, helpful and friendly
We met with Courtnee Whitney a few months into our search for our first home. She was friendly and warm and even arranged 2 additional viewings around the area of similar specification. It really helped us to get to know the area a bit more and we felt more confident that one of them was the one we really wanted. Courtnee very quickly helped organise our second viewing of the apartment and that was the one we ended up putting the offer in for :) We just moved in a few months ago and are very happy with our decision

TrustpilotExcellent services consistently
I've been in touch with Anisha Baloch for the past few months regarding various properties and I can't say enough good things about the professionalism in service I have received. I wasn't sure about Foxtons previously but after the consistent and excellent communication and service that I've experienced first hand, from both Anisha Baloch and Victoria Read, I would be happy to work with Foxtons in the future without hesitation. I feel there is genuine care and attention from the team.

Foxtons are notoriously poor for removing their sold signs... even as much as a year after the property has sold. No requests to remove the signs are complied with, it's clear that this estate agent is selfish and only cares about their profits.

Hi Marcel, Please could you email us your address on social@foxtons.co.uk and we will arrange for the sign to be removed for you. Thank you, Kind regards, Sophie

GoogleI was urgently looking for a flat for me and my husband, as our previous accommodation was caught on fire. Maruf Uddin from Foxtons (Stratford) was really cooperative since the day we submitted our application, which we needed the most then. He was constantly updating us anything changed, or, any new property came. Luckily, we have found a one bed flat finally. Based on my personal experience I will always recommend my friends/relatives about Foxtons 😊

TrustpilotA godsend...
As a non-professional landlord I have over the last decade found the services of Foxton's to be invaluable. Their website is extremely reliable and easy to navigate. Fully engaged with my own business I have found Foxton's managment to be a huge asset. In particular, in the area of maintenance, I have been able to rely 100% on the services of Dee Clift, who perfectly exemplifies the responsiveness and customer oriented ethos of Foxton's

GoogleFrom beginning to end, Maruf Uddin from Foxtons was a pleasure to work with. He truly set the standard for what excellent client-service and professionalism looks like: friendly, responsive, empathetic, and creative-thinking. He goes the extra mile for you even after hours and fight for your corner to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. There’s so much more I can say but if you get the chance to work with Maruf, you will not be disappointed.
