Absolutely awful. The account manager keeps ignoring requests that doesn’t suit her need and wouldn’t acknowledge my questions on Foxton losing our keys and request to inspect the apartment. They are here only to take your money, Landlords, beware. Scam of the front.

From harassment to zero responses

Foxtons are bad from one extreme to another. Before the pandemic I was searching for a property and had the bad idea of registering with them. I was pestered and harassed with phone calls, voicemails, text messages and emails 24/7. When emails and texts started to arrive even at night time, I told them that what they were doing qualified as harassment and they had to stop immediately or I would sue them. A few years went by. I contacted a specific branch for a viewing twice, and nobody bothered replying. My chosen dates for viewing have passed and gone while I've viewed 6 other flats with other agencies. Meanwhile, I started to receive emails from random Foxtons branches (where I'm not even looking to buy) and random "alert" emails with property matches that are twice the budget I specified.The only constant over the years, is the bad experience I've been having with these guys, so stay away from Foxtons.

During the 2 month period I invested my time with Foxtons stratford, jazeb was my supporting agent! I was thoroughly impressed with his emotional intelligence and ability to promote self-actualisation. It was quite visible jazeb arrived to each conversation prepared with a dynamic mind - separating him above the conventional support you’d expect quite naturally from property estate companies. Jazeb worked with a variety of members in my family to understand client requirements before tailoring suggestions to our needs. I was working with 3 other agents at the time to ensure I make the most of my decision however due to the diligence and support provided by jazeb, the decision to work with Foxtons could not have been any easier. Mohammed Al-Amin in the Stratford branch helped me lots to buy my first property where we are living now. Also we are in under process for our second property for buy to let through Mohammed Al- Amin. He was very helpful throughout the buying process, showing us a range of homes until we were able to found our dream one. He was very patient, nice and cum guy. We gave him lots of headache but he was really helpful. He has good knowledge what he doing. He was pleasant, polite and pro active at all times. I highly recommend both Foxton and Mohammed Al Amin.

I was trying to find an apartment in London. This was my first time renting a property in UK so it was a new experiance. I was trying to find an apartment via different agencies but I felt agents are not helpful enough which made it harder for me. With Foxtons it was different. Her agent Manuela Miteva contacted me very promptly and was extremely helpful and kind. She always answered the phone if needed and she helped me find the apartment which I really like. If everyone will be putting so much devotion to their work world will be a better place.

I contacted Foxtons when our house sale fell through with our existing estate agent and I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received. Saad Ahmad came to value our property and he was brilliant - he listened to the issues we had had with our previous sale and immediately suggested buyers to target in order to get around these problems. He was quick and efficient in following up with these leads and great at keeping in touch with me about how these options were progressing. He also came across as a genuinely warm and kind person - my 3-year-old daughter was a big fan! All round, the contrast with our previous agent couldn’t have been greater.
